A Mad man

Lek gave his sister a long, stern look. He wanted to whoop her so badly. How could someone this old be so unaware, and yet troublesome? Did he over pamper her?

Heaving, he shook his hand in her face.

“Stop interfering in their relationship. Whatever happens between them is none of your business, Itim.”

Surprised by her brother's words, Itim's eyes grew wide.

"Are you scared of him too?” She exclaimed. Lek wasn't one to let anyone bully her and walk.

"He is a mad man. There is no sense in fighting a mad man.”

There is nothing to gain in fighting a mad man. Even if you win, you are still the loser. Lek knew this principle of engagement by the book. If not, he would have held a grudge because King refused to help him in tackling the dolphins.

"But, what about Anurak? He will hurt him.”

"I don't think so." Lek said thoughtfully.
