Tim’s Arrest

After the meeting with the board members, Alastor started for his car in a hurry.

Tim had sent him a message signaling that he had been detained by a few locals and Janet had entered the caves alone.

This had been terrifying for him as he knew she was human and if there was anything dangerous down there she would not survive it.

He did not want to lose her, not until he knew what they were dealing with.

In a hurry, he got into his car and drove towards the cave.

While driving he tried calling her phone to no avail. Her phone was not reachable which increased his panic. 

Slamming his feet down, he increased his speed, racing through the empty road without restraint.

His phone rang as he picked it up without looking at the caller.

"Hello!" he yelled while steering with one hand.

"Did you miss me?" a familiar voice said with a chuckle.
