No, mate?

"Alpha!" The chief elder roared.

"How could you?" He shouted fuming in front of him. The majority of the elders stood in front of him blocking his path.

"She's not fit to be Luna! She can not be your mate!"

"Why?" Jaziel asked in a bored tone, he needed a reason to know why she could not be his mate.

"How could you ask that Alpha, can't you see for yourself! She doesn't deserve you. She's weak and can't shift!" He laid out his complaint in an angry voice.

"She has no wolf, everyone was talking about her in the grand hall that she is a slave to a girl. It was ruined!" One of the elders yelled from the back.

"Sara was there, she's the most eligible for the position of Luna. How could you give it to someone that was below her!" The chief elder shouted.

"We have agreed Alpha, that we will not accept your choice! We would have her removed if you chose to impose her as Luna!"

The majority of the elders agreed with the chief elders.

"My wolf chose her," Jaziel responded quietly, he took in a deep breath. "If you want to go against your Alpha you should be ready to face the consequences for your actions because I won't spare anyone." He threatened in a low voice.

"We did not plan to go against you Alpha but we can not simply agree to your choice. She has nothing of Luna's attributes. She was regarded as a curse, Alpha. That is the last thing we need at the moment, we need the moon goddess to bless your mating ceremony, and give you a pup or pups." The chief elder tried to explain but it didn't seem like it worked on Jaziel.

"You all agreed that I would pick my mate at the ball, would you go against your word if you call yourself leaders of our pack?"

"I won't kick her out." He snarled.

"My wolf reacted when she was close to me, I haven't felt him that way before, she wasn't who I wanted to choose it just happened to have woken my wolf at that moment, that he was so eager to claim her." He was saying with a teasing grin on his face. He shrugged and took his hands away from his pocket.

"I would not say another word. I have chosen my mate and that's final." He smirked and walked out on the elders.

They grumbled and threw cusses under their breath.

Sebastian hurried up to keep up with him, the Alpha looked pissed and he has to be careful with his words not to provoke him further.

"Has everyone left?" He asked marching down the hallway.

"It's past midnight, Alpha. Some have left the palace and others stayed at the palace because they came from a far pack." Lucious answered.

"And the girl?"

"She is in your bedroom, waiting for you, Alpha."

He halted and made a swift turn to Sebastian.

"Find out about her, everything you could get. I need it in front of my desk tomorrow morning."

He was a bit curious on how she got those ugly looking bruises and scars in her arm.

"Yes, Alpha." Sebastian bowed.

"She fit into what we needed, Alpha." Sebastian chuckled softly.

"She did fit into it. Once she has given birth, we will get rid of her. There will be no Luna in the pack." He muttered and continued walking down the path of the hallway that leads to his bedroom, the door was slightly apart when he got there.

"I will take my leave now, Alpha." Sebastian bowed and left his side.

He still couldn't understand, why his wolf reacted that way to her. He was feeling nervous getting into his bedroom, something he had never felt before.

Not for him, Jaziel, he was never the one to feel nervous.

He pushed the door and let it open fully, she jerked up from the bed, and stood with her head downward. Jaziel slammed the door behind him and walked in.

There was something about her, he could feel his wolf becoming excited again with each step he took towards her, how his skin prickled strangely and his heart beating faster than normal.

'Something is wrong.' His wolf Kalan growled out.

He could feel it too but he couldn't say the same thing about the girl. If she felt the same way he was feeling.

'I can't sense if she's our mate or not.' Kalan voice purred sadly.

'Get closer to her.' He ordered.

"Alpha." Her voice quavered, and she could barely look up at him. He stood in front of her and took the robe off her body, letting it fall to the ground.

He could see the bruises on her body, and how she flinched when he touched her.

"Stay calm." He uttered and touched her shoulders. "Look at me, Amira."

Slowly, she lifted her head and held his gaze. His fingers trace the side of her hair, gently tuck them behind her ears.

"Get on the bed." He ordered.

Her eyes widened, and he saw her struggle with words that she was to say to him. He strolled away from her and turned off the light.

"Strip." He ordered and went over to his drawers, he brought out a small piece of cloth and tied her face with it.

"I don't want to see your face."

Her hands went to the tip of her dress, and let it slide off her body. She wasn't wearing any underwear, and Jaziel's eyes roamed over her body in pure delight.

Devouring her with his looks, her breast was standing small and firm on her chest.

"On the bed." He drawled, his voice turning husky.

Her legs were trembling as she climbed on the bed, her face was soaked with tears as she lay on it. Grateful that he had her face covered she wouldn't be able to see the look on his face.

The bed sunk beside her, and Jaziel lowered his head to the side of her neck.

'Mate...' Jaziel growled.
