November 9, Saturday, no training needed.
The gathering time for their team was a few minutes longer than usual, and they were also shocked to discover that Captain Ella Pemberton's expression, compared to previous missions, was more serious and tense.
Everything seemed to indicate that something significant had occurred.
"This morning at nine o'clock, a group of pirates hijacked a mid-sized fishing boat going out to sea, capturing all nine people on board as hostages. They are now demanding a ransom in exchange for the hostages. The higher-ups plan to find someone to negotiate with them, but our mission, should negotiations fail, is to rescue those nine hostages at the lowest possible cost!"
Captain Ella Pemberton's voice was resolute and powerful, and as her gaze fell on each person, it seemed to transmit an intangible strength.
She influenced them, not to approach the mission with enthusiasm, but with solemnity and calm.
