Gareth was so taken aback in surprise that his eyes blazed and Kaylan, who was too shocked by her actions, didn't want to believe she went that far, No! Her wolf pushed her.

Her stubborn angry wolf finally led her to her room but she wasn't going to apologize.

She would still get punished anyway, there was no difference in trying to save herself.

This beast here was going to kill her nonetheless.

But he surprised her by not saying a word but released a dark chuckle that rumbled out of his chest.

"You will pay dearly for laying your silly hands on me!" He barked and she bit her lips defiantly.

"I'm going to watch you take off those clothes yourself and watch you submit to me before fucking your wretched p***y so hard that you won't think of repeating this shit, ever again!" He growled at her and Kaylan breathed heavily.

She could do all manner of things to the men and accept all punishment but she won't allow them to touch her, not even her mate.

She would die than let Gareth's skin make contact with her and if he was going to bring the guards over, she would hurt herself in a way that he wouldn't have access to her.

"Take off that skirt now!" He ordered but Kaylan bent down to pick up her torn top to wrap it on her skin which dropped Gareth over the edge.

If he were told a few days ago that Kaylan would Exude any authority in her, he would have laughed so hard and shrugged it off but here he was, asking the girl to go naked for him desperately and she was making him go foolish.

Her defiance and resistance were now making him hard and persistent, he wondered what was so special in her nakedness when others would bow and shamelessly flaunt it for him.

"Now Kaylan! I impose the Alpha command on you!" He yelled at her and his eyes blazed crimson but Kaylan didn't flinch. She is already used to their anger, the way their body reacts to what they feel so no matter how his body burns, she won't give in.

"That command doesn't work on me, you're not the true Alpha." She said boldly and Gareth felt all the self-restraint he was trying so hard to hold, broke in pieces before him.

The audacity of this girl!

"What the fuck!" He yelled.

"Don't touch me Alpha, I would do anything and die if you want me to but don't ask me to go naked. It's the last thing I'll do and I don't mind being flogged to death. It's the worst you can do too."

Kaylan fired back at him and his eyes widened in shock!

This girl could talk?

His body burned in horrible and strange need immediately and anger.

He was so pissed that she talked as if the only thing he could do at the moment was punish her with violence.

He wanted to do that but he found himself shaking his head.

He was beginning to have silly imaginations he never had time to think and the fact it was because of Kaylan that those thoughts were flooding in, made him feel ashamed and mad.

He wanted to force her, Rip her clothes, and take her forcefully but that would be a shame to his personality.

He doesn't force nor beg, he had never done it in his entire life so why should he do that to a mere cursed maid?

"I can't believe this is happening!" He chuckled, walking towards the table to have a full gulp of water and Kaylan finally sighed in relief.

"I get It, you're wielding this authority because you're going to be my Luna right? You think it's now appropriate to throw insults at me because you know I might just punish you right?"

Kaylan shook her head and took two bold steps to meet him.

"No, you won't just punish me. You're going to break me beyond words and inflict pain way beyond my ability to break my soul." Hot tears slipped down her eyes and she wiped it off angrily.

"And I'm already used to it, I'm used to the pain that it has now become a part of me, I'm used to foolishness because I don't have a choice when it comes to you wicked souls!!" She screamed at him and his eyes widened. He wanted to say something but his eyes reeled back disgustingly and a heavy chunk of nauseating smell took over his entire body.

He felt strength draining out of him but he shook It off and tried to listen to Kaylan.

"And with your absence, I'll be free to break through this Goddamn captivity."

Gareth groaned, his brain felt heavy as if heavy stones were stuffed Inside and hot oil was being poured on him.

He gasped at Kaylan's words, wondering what she meant by that, what sort of captivity she was talking about when he knocked to the ground with a dragging pain, almost pulling his heart down.

His eyes were bloodshot and he struggled to breathe, his senses heightened and he realized how stupid he must have been around this maid.

"What the fuck did you do to me!!" He grunted, he could barely say a word and Kaylan sighed.

"You should have listened to Zane, he wasn't bluffing when he was talking about Alpha Cypher."

"BITCH!!" Gareth yelled with all his might in fear and anger but only ended up coughing out blood.

"I know, I'm the bitch who will watch your doom and I hope you rot forever in hell with your silly beast. Both of you!!"

Kaylan yelled in fury and packed her hair, glancing around. She needs to leave the pack immediately but she needs to have access to the treasure store.

The treasure store was sacred, it was filled with gold, silver, brass, diamonds, crystals, and other minerals that could last for centuries.

It was a Star Crescent Pack gift and one gem from that house could buy a nation.

She remembers that each of them has the key hanging on their neck, so she moves towards Gareth's and dragged the necklace on his neck.
