Rather than saying the warship itself exploded, it would be more accurate to describe it as being forcibly pushed away by a dim magnetic field halo. Furthermore, because the material of the ship's hull was durable, what people saw with the naked eye wasn't the ship blowing up but disintegrating on its own. Moreover, there was almost no fatal damage. If the fragments of the ship were fully collected, humans could even completely restore it with existing technology.
The difference lay in the fact that the mysterious magnetic field hadn't completely dissipated; it was no longer as unstable as at the beginning but now presented as a radiation state covering the surface of satellite #8, enveloping the entire surface of the satellite.
