Seeing the notification in front of his eyes made him realize what had happened. Panting heavily he started crying, but this cry was not because he had killed people for the first time but because of the betrayal he felt from someone that he thought he needed to protect, this feeling was anything unlike he ever felt before at the time, Jay couldn't understand, why he was feeling this way, it was as if it wasn't his first time getting betrayed, his face looked like his whole life was lived in despair.

{Minerva :- How can I help? Master.}

Hearing the voice in his head, sniffling his nose he looked at the screen in front of him, this voice was very sweet and comforting. It was the voice of a female. Without even realizing it he spoke.

{Me :- Help me, please.}

His voice sounded like a man who was standing in front of a deep abyss nowhere to go, but hearing the voice of the system this time made him calm. 

{Minerva :- It's alright master. I am gonna be with you from now on.}

Jay wiped his nose and tears from his sleeves and asked.

{Me :- Who are you?}

{Minerva :- Master, my name is Minerva. Think of me as a guide that will help you on this journey, but for now, we need to move from here master, before anybody else finds out.}

Listening to the words of Minerva, he finally gathered his strength, he knew that if he did not move from here, others from the village would come to look for their people.

{Me :- What should I do?}

{Minerva :- We need to eliminate all the evidence for now. There is a can of food oil under the kitchen platform, spill the oil all over the floor and burn the place.}

The suggestion that was given by Minerva at the time sounded cold but Jay knew that he could not let anybody find out about his power. He went to the kitchen and brought the can of oil in the middle of the hut and kicked it spilling all the oil, he picked up the touch that was brought by villagers and threw it directly towards the oil and moved out of the hut.

Rain started pouring down heavily, Jay stared at the hut seeing it engulfed in the fire.

{Me :- Can you tell me the location of where I am?} 

{Minerva :- Master, you are currently 30 kilometers away from the India-China border.}

He still had a suspicion when Sheena said that he drifted 1000 km, but he really did. All that happened to him in the last 72 hours, felt like a bad dream every time he tried to adapt to the situation he ended up in a new situation.

{Me :- I still don't understand what is happening?}

{Minerva :- Master, you seem confused right now, let me give you an idea of what is happening. Something big happened in this world recently. The energy that was almost exhausted from this world was revived again, this is also the reason for all the mutation that is happening to the living beings.}

You have been in a coma for more than 3 months, the day you were thrown into the river, space rift started appearing all over the world, and from there came the monster, the creature that is only heard in mythology and children's books. The world is now aware of the existence of awakeners and as we speak the government of the country are trying to control the situation. After the day that is known as 'Blackout Day' people started showing powers all over the world and the number keeps growing, 30% of the world population is already awakened with powers and the number keeps rising. The government all over the world have come up with an organization that will be in charge of the awakeners and enforce newly developed laws on them, the name of the organization is 'AICD - Awakeners Information and Control Department', but there are already some big shots awakeners that creating their own organization and recruiting them}

{Me :- Wow.. How do you know all this?}

{Minerva :- Well for now you can think of me as your personal news channel, I have all the common knowledge that is happening in this world, at least on a big scale.}

It had already been 3 months since Jay's been missing, his parents must have already thought that he was dead, which made him restless, but it was also true that we definitely couldn't go home like this especially if he couldn't control the power. He was scared that he might end up hurting somebody in his family. For Jay, nobody else mattered in this world except for two friends he had and his family. After hearing all the information from Minerva, Jay knew It would be best if he could learn to control his power and become stronger, he knew even in this changed world he would still need money and power to live a comfortable life. Jay turned around from the burning hut and started moving toward the deep Forest.

{Me :- What should I do, if I want to become stronger?}

{Minerva :- Well if you want to become stronger, then killing monster and super mutant will be the best, it will help you collect experience points, which will help you level up, stronger the opponent the more experience points you will gain, or you could also look at you Quest board it has also been unlocked, completing the quest will give you rewards from the system.}

{Me :- Quest board?}

{Me :- By the way do you know where this forest of Rupture is? That is shown in the quest board.}

{Minerva :- Yes. This forest is located in China also known as Saihanba National Forest Park in Hebei Province, north of Beijing.}

After walking for a whole night he did not encounter any monsters as he had hoped, maybe it was due to rain but it had finally stopped raining, Jay was tired, and he noticed smoke coming out of a mountain. Reaching to source of the smoke Jay had finally reached to small village, which was surrounded by trees. There were only fifteen to twenty houses but they were all well-built. The architecture of the house had the same resemblance to old Chinese traditional houses built with wood. After walking in the village he noticed an old man sitting on the porch of the house, it was the first house in the village after entering. The old man looked weak, he was sharpening a knife, as the old man sentenced Jay's presence, panicking he pointed his knife toward him with his trembling hands, and he started backing away saying words in language that was not known to Jay. Seeing the old man panicked Jay raised both his hand showing that he had no hostility toward him.

{Me :- Minerva can you understand the language that man is speaking?}

{Minerva :- Yes master. He seems to speak the local language of the people living in the mountains. Do you want me to translate the conversation for you?}

{Me :- That would be really helpful Minerva.}
