Soren had started to suspect that Amelia was more than what she seemed. Why else would Marcel have been so interested in her? Why would there be so many coincidences if she weren't something special? Marcel had even said as much, hadn't he? He had said her lineage was of great importance. He just neglected to mention that she was a member of the Flora Imperial family. Soren made a mental note to punch Marcel later for leaving out such an important detail. This would complicate things for them.
