Mafia Crisis Part 22

[Faraday.]

[Detective in town.]

[Night time.]

a man walks down the street with his overcoat and spyglass.

He's attempting to stay hidden as he doesn't wanna get captured.

His name?

Lando Lavender.

Lando walks down the street attempting to get inside of his house.

He sees multiple people talking about how the queen is some kind of bastard.

He walks over to his cobblestone house and enters inside.

[Lando's house]

As soon as Lando makes it inside, he pulls the door shut and locks in.

He gets a knock from somebody.

Lando pulls out a sword attempting to protect himself just in case the "Mafia" is after him.

He slowly opens the door to find a small woman.

Lando says

"Who exactly are you?"

The woman says

"Hey, names's Gren tokomaki."

"You must be the detective?"

Lando says

"How do you know that?"

Gren responds with

"I have a special power that was bestowed to me by my forefathers."

She then uses some type of Love Energy-esk ability to "link" his mind to a random citizen.

Gren then says

"I am the Linker."

Lando then responds with

"I'm guessing you're here to help me."

"Who sent you exactly."

Gren says

"I cannot reveal who but they are on the Queen's court I believe."

"They aren't officially on it but they are somewhat related as they have recently been in the adventurer exams."

Lando responds with

"I see."

"Do you have any idea where we could get more help?"

Gren says

"We could try finding the vigilante."

"Maybe they could help us?"

Lando says

"The Vigilante?"

"And who is that exactly?"

Gren responds with

"A person whose bullet can completely obliterate our enemies if used on the correct person."

"If the vigilante decides to shoot us with his special gun then he dies as a result."

"With both of us, we can help the vigilante."

As soon as Gren stops talking a man begins banging on the door.

The man simply says

"GIVE ME YOUR PAPER NOW!"

"GIVE IT TO ME!"

"I NEED IT!"

Lando says

"Hurry! We need to fight him off!"

Lando then bursts out the door and attempts to scare off this man.

He seems to be holding a lot of toilet paper and he wants more.

Just as "The Hoarder" is about to kill Lando, A Gunshot can be heard.

The bullet lands closely by Lando's feet.

In the distance, a man with a hood on can be seen.

He introduces himself as "The vigilante."

The Vigilante then threatens to kill "The hoarder."

The Hoarder runs away as he doesn't want to die.

The Vigilante introduces himself as Lopa Lienstine.

"I was walking around and I figured that you guys needed some help."

"Where should we go next?"

Lando says

"We should head directly to the queen."

"We need to tell her this."

Gren says

"To the castle it is!"

[Later…]

[Alleyway.]

The hoarder uses some type of magical device to contact "The mafia" from the last chapter.

He then begins to inform them that the Linker, Detective, and Vigilante have all teamed up.

He then tells them that they might be heading for the Castle.

The person on the other end says

"Thank you p6t."

"We will gladly reward you with all the toilet paper you want."

"We will have them dealt with."

…

He hangs up

[Later..]

Henryzx900 can't believe who he's seeing.

The girl walks up to him and says

"Been a while."

The girl is a small child with a dress made out of rare gemstones and other assortments.

She has white hair with purple streaks.

This girl's name is Yukina Karakawa.

Yukina is more known as L. God.

Yukina says

"Zoey, have you seen her?"

Henryzx900: I believe she was on this planet a while ago but is currently dealing with some problems of her own.

Henryzx900: You need something from her?

Yukina says

"No, I just wanted to know if she was still alive."

"The universe is breaking apart as we know it."

"Almost no universe fragments have been found."

"We are in great danger."

Henryzx900: I'd love to help but I'm currently on a case, a mission rather.

Yukina says

"What's the mission?"

Henryzx900: To uncover this hidden underground organization.

Henryzx900: We know they don't exactly like the queen of this land.

Henryzx900: Astrolaris busted one of their hideouts earlier.

Henryzx900: They are good at what they're doing but we are going to catch them.

Yukina says

"I'm going to help."

"I was told to stay out of the search for the Universe Fragments."

"So I need something to do."

[Later…]

As Gren, Lando, and Lopa walk the quiet night streets, Somebody from the distance fires a round at them.

The mafia is onto them.

They all begin to run as the mafia begins shooting at them with various magical blasts.

Lopa says

"Take cover!"

Lopa then returns fire at the mafia.

He ends up hitting one.

That mafia then begins to disappear as Lopa shoots him.

The trio then runs off to the night, escaping the mafia.

[Later….]

In another hidden hideout, we see a man sitting on top of a girl.

The mafia members from before report what happened to the pair.

Yumekia and Ken.

Ken says

"You fools."

"I told you to eliminate them."

"You outnumbered them 2:1 but yet you ran away."

"You shall be punished."

Yumekia comes out with a whip and begins to whip the mafia members.

Ken then leaves the room and calls the higher-ups to see what they want to do.

They tell Ken that he needs to step up his game or he and Yumekia are getting "removed from the project."

Ken tells them that if they send him more capable people then he'll be able to fight them.

The higher-ups tell Ken

"We will be sending one over."

"He's pretty good at what he does."

"He likes to go by the name of Golden."

Ken hangs up and says

"Golden? Who's that?"

[Later…]

The trio makes it to the Castle and The Queen personally lets all of them in.

[Castle.]

She sits all of them down with Chang and his friends.

She informs them that they have more information that was gathered by Astrolaris.

She then says

"Astrolaris is doing us a big favor."

"She managed to find a lot of their hideouts."

Astrolaris then says

"I don't wanna use my skills too often."

"We don't know if they can pick up at my location."

"We need to plan this out."

Lando says

"We should stage a sting operation tomorrow."

"I believe there's some hero event going on, no?"

"If we know they're attacking we can make a plan."

"Any ideas."

Henryzx900: Simple, We have you three hiding behind us as support.

Henryzx900: We will be acting as bait.

Henryzx900: Astrolaris and Stacia will be our main lines of defense as I'm not going to be fighting them.

Henryzx900: They will slip up.

Henryzx900: I know of it.

Astrolaris then says

"Well? What are we waiting for? Let's go to sleep so we can put tomorrow's plan into motion."

Henryzx900: Agreed.

[Later….]

[Space-Cat-Cafe]

Veldona asks the bartender if she knows where everyone is.

The bartender responds with

"The Creation trio lies within the aftergarden, Rei Aki-ma and God are in The Cloud-Verse."

"Ruly is off fighting the villains all alone."

"You came back early Veldona."

Veldona says

"Is Chang alright?"

The bartender says

"He's doing fine."

"You have nothing to worry about."

Veldona then says

"Few! Glad he's safe."

"Now, what should I do now?"

The bartender says

"You should probably go help Zoey and TLK."

"They went to a place which hasn't been discovered yet."

Veldona then says

"The White hot room eh?"

"I will go there in a few but."

"I need to rest up."

"I was omnipotent

just a few days ago."

"I need to focus on my power."

The bartender then says

"Feel free to sleep in Bayon's room."

"She wouldn't mind."

Veldona says

"Thanks."

Veldona then goes up to Bayon's room.

[White Hot Room.]

Zoey Romanov says

"The fuck is this?"

TLK says

"That would be a universe fragment."
