Chapter 11

When Rei and Misha talked about what happened that day, her sister Yu came in the room. Without their knowing, Yu heard about what Rei said and she asked Rei to explain what's going on. When Yu asked her to explain, she looked at Misha, and Misha said that how long she will keep the secret about her life from Yu.

"That's what happened to me, I'm sorry for keeping this secret from you." Her sister nodded and said, "It's okay, I understand. This is about your feelings, so I know why it's hard for you to tell anyone about this. This is not like you falling for a boy and need to announce it; it's just that the world seems to still reject it when it comes to loving someone of the same gender. But you don't need to worry; I also love girls, if you want to know. Sorry about that." When she heard about what her sister said, she felt loved but the last part is unexpected. "Thank you for understanding, but the last one is so unexpected; do you agree, Misha?" Misha nodded. "You know your sister and I are the same, but my situation is I have ex-girlfriends. Your sister always helps me when it comes to my exes and your sister and I are happy you open up to us but I don't know how your mother will react to these matters. I hope you will tell her about what told us. Don't be like your sisters."

"Ehem, what do you mean by that, Misha?" Rei sighed, and she patted her sister's head. "Anyways, maybe you need some time to figure out more and when it comes, I will accept any answer from you. I just want you to be happy; just follow your heart. Okay, little sister?" Her sister nodded and smiled to her.

The next day, Rei went to the bookstores to buy a new novel to read. When she was at the bookstore, someone approached her. "What a coincidence to meet you here, Rei." She stays silent for a moment, "What a great day to bump with you today, but unfortunately it will ruin my day." She can't let her Suzuna knows that she's happy to bump with her. When she looked at Suzuna, she didn't look bothered with what she just said. "What book you looking for?" Suzuna want the awkwardness between them to gone, so she kept asking the question that made Rei feel suffocated about it. "You know it's okay to stay silent; you don't have to keep talking to make something less awkward. You don't need to do that. Less talking but existing and caring about the person is enough. So, when you are with me, I hope you can be yourself, Don't push yourself to hard to please someone. It's annoying and suffocating." After what Rei said, there's silence between them about 2 seconds, and Rei realised if what she said is harsh thing to say, and she decide to apologize to Suzuna. "I'm sorry if I said it was too harsh for you; I didn't mean to hurt your feelings." When Rei apologizes to her, she immediately said, "It's fine; don't worry about it. Actually, after you said that, it realized that what you said was good advice. You don't hurt my feelings but you open my mind about it." Rei notice something with Suzuna; it's kind a something that she wants to share with. "You know I already have some novel that got my interest, so I want to pay for them, and if you want, we can go sit somewhere or we can go to the café." That got Suzuna to smile, and she nodded.

After Rei pays for the novel, they go the café near the bookstores. When they sat and ordered the drinks, Rei asked her, "And? What's happened?" Suzuna got confused with the sudden questions. "Look, I ask you to join me right now because you look like you have something to tell me. But if I misunderstood, I'm sorry. I don't want to be nosy." Suzuna smiled with Rei's attitude, and she thinks Rei is kind of cute. "Since you are an expert about finding out people have trouble or not?" Rei didn't answer that because she is not an expert but when it comes to Suzuna, she just knows.

"I don't have a problem but I'm just still thinking about what you said earlier. I know you will tell me not to think about it but you know my ex-boyfriend once told me the same thing you told me. Since I lost you in the past, I have learned to keep someone important to me close with me and don't want to let it go. That's what happened to our relationship. I don't want to lose him because I loved him." When Rei heard she loved him, her heart felt little numb, even though it's the past. "But without me noticing, there's someone that I felt the same way before my ex-boyfriend. After losing it in the past, I don't remember how I felt. But when I learned about losing my ex-boyfriend, it was the same feelings like in the past. I can't blame myself not to realise as soon as possible because I thought that was normal." Before Suzuna finished everything she wanted to say, Rei interrupted her because she knew what Suzuna will say to her. She doesn't want to listen and know about that. "I think that's it. I already took my time to listen your little problem or whatever it is, so please excuse me; I have something to do. Thank you for your sharing, Have a nice day and get home safely." She left immediately and call Misha to pick up.

Meanwhile, Suzuna don't know what just happened. It just happened in a flash. There're so many questions in her mind. She thought that they will be close friend again if she told Rei everything that was her mind at the time and she was wrong to think that by shared what she felt, Rei will be more comfortable with her. She's hope that Rei will not think that she's annoying person and will keep be friend with her.
