Synopsis

VOLUME 1 is an optional read, you may skip it if you want; as it won't have that big of an effect on understanding the plot.

(Read the free chapters though!)

VOLUME 2 is the true start, having an exciting action-filled pacing and better writing by a mile.

The protagonist is no ordinary anti-hero; he wields a unique power that allows him to traverse two worlds—each more dangerous and alluring than the last.

In one world, he's a pirate captain ruling the dangerous Sea of Calamity, filled with monsters, different laws of Physics and power-hungry foes.

In the other, he walks among gods and mythical beings, scheming to rise to their level and ultimately claim the throne of divinity for himself.

His journey is a relentless ascent to power in both realms, leaving nothing but chaos and destruction in his wake—pirate crews obliterated, navies crushed, and even gods themselves kneeling before him.

But don't be fooled by the allure of power; an evil entity stalks him across all three worlds, threatening to end him for reasons unknown.

...

Yes, there are R18 scenes, but they are seamlessly built into the narrative, enhancing the depth of the story rather than detracting from it.

Coming into this, you were probably baited by the title. DO NOT LET IT MISLEAD YOU! This story is masterfully crafted with intricate plotlines, characters, and world-building. Yes, harem elements exist, but that is not the only thing it has to offer! All the characters are wonderfully crafted with delicate details to their backstories, and they all make logical decisions. Not once during my reading did I think that any of the characters felt fake in their dialogue or their actions. The main character Jack, is multilayered and deeply connects to the narrative, creating a powerful driving force for the entire plot. Also, can we talk about the amazing writing quality?! As an author myself, the way characters converse is completely in line with how I would expect real sea folk to talk to each other! The descriptive language makes this story seem as if it's being narrated like a sea shanty! The comedy is also very well done! None of it felt cliche and It got me laughing/giggling occasionally without me even thinking about it. None of the jokes flew over my head, the author does a wonderful job of presenting them organically without hurting the agency of the plot. He also interweaves them at the perfect moment so the tone/mood of a scene is not impacted. Give it a try, I'm sure the first chapter alone will hook you!

Ahoy (Author here). This Webnovel starts out slow and dull, but right at the end of 'Beast of Howling Treetop' do the mysteries start to come into play, as well as the system. And by the start of Volume 2 you'll be fidgeting in your seat from the amount of excitement you're going to experience (and sadness). If you have any questions reply with a comment. Ty.

Compared to what stuff I usually read with harem tag, this outclasses each and every single one of them. Romance is slow paced (I think you're aiming for romance between Mary and Jack?) but satisfying I like how sometimes they seek each others touch and care, and the next day they roast each other. Question, I dont mind spoilers. Will Elenor join the crew?

I can’t give a good review but what made me stop reading was the accent in which they use I get it’s to set the time but bro I can’t take it 3ch was my limit personally I think you could’ve just used present day accent and speech nothing would’ve happened you didn’t need to take the extra mile dude one piece works just fine without the old speech although if you did change it in the later ch just tell me I’ll read from there or just read till I get there

I usually don't review but this time its a must. World building is one of the best ones I've seen and I'm eager to see what you have else in plan (can you spoil me a little xD). As for grammar and writing, it's pure 5/5. Though there is a small meaningless mistake when counting his Nords and gold, but that doesn't really affect the story. Characters are 3 dimensional but I had a hard time imagining how they look (a mistake on my end) but there's character tabs so.. As for the story, I was thinking of rating it a 4 but I rated it 5 after reading Awakened chapters because of the mystery and new antagonist. Now, the only problem is the stability of updates. PLEASE, if you can author-san update it more frequently.

no esta nada mal la verdad, no es deslumbrante, pero de igual forma es una novela buena, el autor se esfuerza al escribir, y se nota bastante, además tiene actualizaciones constantes, suerte para el autor!
