Miran has always known hate, it's been his constant companion ever since he could remember. The constant harboured hate never left his heart, but rather grew and extended to his life, towards whose whom he was supposed to love, towards himself and towards the world around him. He'd only realise when it's too late that he morphed himself into the very thing he despised the most - his father.

Inevitable Heritage

Mavis placed the white cream frosting on the vanilla cake, she topped the cake with chopped strawberries and kiwis on top. This was Emin’s favourite cake that she made fun of him for liking something plain as vanilla cakes and fruits. Miran was inviting Emin to their place to celebrate Emin’s graduation, she knew her boyfriend would only be offering Emin drinks. Emin didn’t like to drink much, she knew he liked vanilla cakes and thought she’d be making that for the celebration. 


Irem was visiting too today, but Miran wasn’t at home during the particular hour. Irem arrived when Mavis was cleaning the kitchen after cooking. “How’s your work going?” Irem asked, assisting Mavis with loading the dishwasher. 


“Oh I work as a bartender at the bar in town, I have to be there in a little while. I don’t like working there but you know, it is what it is.” 


Irem nodded, “well you could always stay at home -”
