While on the way to Judith's shop, Alex checked his character tab. He had gained one and a half levels after defeating Valarian, bringing the total to 7 levels in his subclass, Archon Enchanter. That was pretty decent.

He had some free points to use in both classes and skills to learn—skills from the books Shade left him. Speaking of Shade, Alex was worried about him. Shade left without explaining much and had yet to return to say something to him.
