CHAPTER FOURTEEN
Isabel
I don't know if she's going to attack me or what, but my heart is beating at an uncomfortable pace. Her clothes are mostly torn, and every part of her skin which is exposed, including her face, has red, angry-looking blisters on it.

I shake my head silently, unable to get a word out.
She approaches me and as she does, the red seeps out of her eyes and it's her normal green, filled with worry and exhaustion, "Are you really okay?"
I nod, my own fear dissipating.
She reaches me, and when she raises her hand, I assume the worst. However, all she does is hit me upside the head. It's a hard smack and I wince.
