I woke up in a novel.
i become the cannon fodder ex-wife of the ML who was hopelessly in love with him.
The character was supposed to die but now i am in her body.
LOVE! I am gonna get a divorce anyway it was a contractual marriage.
MONEY! As a genius hacker money is nothing to me.
MEN! Well they flock around me because of my beauty.
But what is this? A man keeps pestering me.
Finally i lashed out,"Who are you?" He said,"My dear wife have you forgotten about me?"

When Butler Thompson informed Maxwell about Suzain's arrival.Maxwell's first thought was to run away.

After all, he still couldn't bring himself to face Suzain when he promised her that he wouldn't let her get hurt.

He still felt guilty and didn't want to face her.

Suzain knew that Maxwell was thinking about running away from her.

Only on thought came to her mind.Its time to act.

With the thought in her mind, she started crying.Tears after tears left from her eyes.

She buried her head in Su Chen's embrace who followed her from behind.

Seeing her crying,Su Chen panicked but when he recalled her cheerful mood a minute ago.He realized that she was acting.

His sister is really a drama queen.She could act so well.

Albert who was standing at the main door couldn't be less surprised. He knew that she was going to put an Oscar-winning performance again.

He knew abut her fabulous acting skills and wasn't the least bothered about Maxwell. He was more worried about the fact that whenever she fakes crying,she would cry for real. Isn't that not good for her eyes?

He has  to ask her not to cry for real the next time she acts.(So, according to you she could act and fool others anyway.)

Suzain started crying loudly in Su Chen's arms.

"Brother, Grandpa doesn't love me anymore after i divorced that b*stard hicc...He doesn't want me anymore hicc....He thinks i am a bad girl hicc.. that no one wants.hic.. hic..He doesn't care about me anymore.hic..He is gonna abandon this gentle, sweet and beautiful girl.hiccc, hic,"Suzain said while sobbing loudly  enough to be heard in a radius of 1 mile.

Both,Albert and Su Chen thought internally to themselves.Why can't we see any trace of a gentle, sweet girl here?

Maxwell who heard Suzain's exaggerated sobs was heartbroken and quickly rushed towards her.

He patted her back gently and coaxed her.

"No, no.ZainZain is the best child for grandpa.Grandpa loves ZainZain the most.Grandpa was feeling guilty because he promised you to protect you.But, i failed.That's why grandpa didn't came to see you.Don't be sad whether you are that b*stard's wife or not.Grandpa cares about you a lot."He anxiously reassured her.

In an instant,Suzain looked up from Su Chen's embrace with a bright smile on her face as if the previous aggrieved expression was never there.

Albert was no longer surprised but Su Chen still was a bit shocked.

How on earth does she manage to change her expression and emotions so fast?Is she a chameleon?

Suzain slipped out of Su Chen's arms and hugged Maxwell's arm coquettishly.

"OF course, i know that grandpa love me a lot.Its just that you weren't willing to see me.So, i cold only act this way."Suzain said while hugging Maxwell's arm looking cute and obedient.

"You were acting?"Maxwell asked astonished.

Suzain felt a bit guilty and just nodded her head.

"You really have got some  acting genes in you."Maxwell said seriously nodding his head at her.

Suzain felt a bit embarrassed. Her face got a bit red due to embarrassment.

The next moment,Maxwell burst out laughing hardly.

Su Chen's gave a muffled chuckle and Albert's lips curled up into a smile.

Butler Thompson who was witnessing the scene standing on the side couldn't help but smile in gratification.ITS BEEN A WHILE SINCE THE MANOR WAS SO LIVELY.

Perhaps,Suzain could bring back the smile on Young Master's face and fill his life with warmth and love.
