CHAPTER 6: Greedy Men

"Break!" shouted Emperor Lucas.

Rosie's magic spell broke.

Emperor Lucas stared at her. He was smiling where his lips was nearly touching the corner of his cheeks. For he saw one of the most beautiful woman he have ever seen.

Rosie was indeed a beautiful woman. She was wearing a beautiful white and red dress. Her dress was floating and drifting around her. Her red eyes was shimmering brightly against her mega long thick lashes. Her lips stained with red lipstick. Her long black hair weaves around her.

"Wow," he gasped.

Rosie stood her ground. The wind drifted alongside her enhancing her goddess like appearances.

Prince Regent also saw Rosie's true look, and he stared at her. She wasn't whom he saw the past three days. She is a completely different person. He gasped as he too was mesmerized by her beautiful appearance. He couldn't believe that she was such a gorgeous woman. She was like a goddess in her dress drifting around her. How could a woman be so beautiful, he thought.

"Prince Regent," shouted Commander Wang.

"What?"

"Go in."

Prince Regent still dazed by her beauty, gently nodded. He rode his horse towards Elisa. "So, she's been in disguise the entire time. No wonder, I sense she was different from Commander Qian. Who are you?" he thought.

"Prince Regent!" shouted Left Prime Minister. "Take that Emperor's head so we can all go home to our family and love ones."

Prince Regent nodded again. "My pleasure."

"You're a beautiful woman," said Emperor Lucas. He was so dazed by Rosie's beauty that he was no longer paying attention to his surrounding. He walked closer to Rosie.

"Thank you," said Rosie.

"One of the most gorgeous woman I have ever laid eyes on."

"I know."

He laughed. "In all my life, I never thought to be defeated by a woman. Not just any woman, but a woman with the phoenix's power."

Rosie frowned at him.

"I am very intrigued by you. How about becoming my woman?"

"I have no interest in being a part of your harem."

"Oh. Why is that?"

"I am disgusted by men who have many wives, concubines, and women."

"Oh. But that's how it always been."

"Humph. That's how greedy men are."

"Really?"

"Yes."

"There are some good men too. Some who are faithful only to one."

"Trust me, it's not you."

"Oh, but I can."

"No. You're not."

He laughs. "Oh. It seems we won't see eye to eye on this."

"No. We won't."

"No worries. If that's what you want, I will divorce all my women, just for have you."

"No thanks."

"How old are you?"

"Sixteen and a half."

"Oh, and you're not married."

Rosie shook her head.

"Good. You're ripe."

Rosie frowned.

"Don't worry I promise you, I always give every women one hell of a night. I assure you, you will too."

"Not interested."

Emperor Lucas laughed. "But I am very interested in you."

"Again, you're not someone I would want to settle down with."

"Humph. Then, it seems I have no choice but to take you by force."

"Never."

"Oh, if I want something, I will have it."

"You wish."

"Then so be it."

Emperor Lucas ran towards Rosie trying to grab her by the arm. Rosie side stepped and dodged him.

"Oh, you're quick," he said, admiring her.

"I am."

"Hmm, looks like I will have to be quicker." Emperor Lucas sneered wickedly at her.

"Save Elisa," shouted Prince Regent.

"Crap, he's here," said Emperor Lucas. "Capture her. I want her unspoiled."

"Yes, Emperor," shouted his men.

Prince Regent's sword went straight across the Emperor's face scraping the side of his face.

Emperor Lucas grunted. He touched his face and felt a pain on his face. He looked at his hands and saw blood. "YOU!" shouted Emperor Lucas.

"You're fight is with me," said Prince Regent.

"Very well, General Alex."

"You bribed my lieutenant, killed one of my commander, and cut off all sources to my men. Leaving them to die without a proper burial."

Emperor Lucas laughed. "If it wasn't because of the help from inside your palace, my plan wouldn't have succeeded."

"What?"

"It would have succeeded if that woman didn't come help you."

Alex looked at Elisa.

"Yes, that woman. If you give her to me, I will call off this war."

"You've already lost, why should I oblige to you."

"Don't think you can win so easily."

"What?"

"I got this whole place surrounded with my men. One call, one flare, is all it will take for them to ambush you and wipe you clean."

"Come. I dare you. For you got nowhere to run."

"Humph." Emperor Lucas frowned. Prince Regent didn't fall for his trick of words. This man was truly too smart. The Empress said that she was going to help him win the war as long as he killed Prince Regent, but she never told him that Prince Regent have the power of the golden dragon. It cost him nearly half of his men to poison this man. If he didn't succeed in poisoning him, then he would be one being corner in that mountain. He clenches his hands tightly as he got betrayed by the Empress and Crown Prince.

"I am going to bury you here today," said Prince Regent holding up his sword.

"NEEVVVEER!"

Prince Regent charge at him.
