Chapter 7

A hot shower was just what I needed to rid my body of the chaos that I had going on yesterday. I wore casual clothes for my second Saturday here. Theresa said she was going to see her family for the weekend. With her gone I'll be lonely for the weekend unfortunately.

Now settled in my loose fitting clothes I ringed my sister as I positioned myself on my bed. "If it isn't the student of Bermidia high." "Hello to you to sis." I said with a eye roll, which I wouldn't do if she could see me right now. "Get right into the Bermidia goss girl."

Yurcia said enthusiastically. "I've only been here for two weeks." "A lot can happen in two weeks start talking I know you're lying!" I sighed before I started telling her the 'goss'. "Well I made a new friend, her name is Theresa she is very pretty as well." "Come on michela don't you have any young or hot teachers or something?" she asked suggestively making me cringe. "Really yurcia?" "I'm just kidding okay, how are you though, do you like it there?" her tone changed to a serious one. "I'm okay and the place is okay" "Just okay?!" "bruh what do you want me to say?" "Michela whenever you say you're okay it always means the opposite." "Yuricia thank you but I promise im fine."

i reassured her with a sigh. I cut the conversation short after that and I said goodbye. Yurcia knew I was not one to talk about my feelings but she still tried to get me to. I got up from my bed and left my dorm. I passed a few students on their way to the cafeteria to have breakfast. I wasn't really hungry today so I decided decided do something else.

I though I could give myself a little tour of the place and get to know it better. I went through the door that led to the gardens I was in the other day and I i immediately felt the peceful floral breeze upon entering.

I walked through the gorgeous path for the second time still in awe of the flowers around me. As I walked further I noticed the bench I sat on with the body of water flowing in front of it. My gaze turned to the forest across it feeling the need to go as eerie as it looked. It felt like something was calling me almost demanding me.

I shook my head to clear it and looked away remembering what Adimiro told me. I turned left and waked side by side with the river. I peered into the water at some point and found koi fish in the clear flowing water. It was gorgeous, everything about this school was. It made me feel a certain way, almost at peace. I looked at the building and discoverd an odd flower. It was small transparent like with a yellow center. I got closer to take a look at them and noticed a door beside them.

Me being me I entered and I was led to a hallway. I was admiring the architecture as I walked slowly in awe of everything. "What are you doing here?" I jumped, startled at the voice. Of course it had to be Adimiro, it just had to be. "Shouldnt I be wondering the same thing about you?" I raised a brow in suspicion. "These are the eduators quators no students are allowed, I have permission." "Oh well I'm kind of lost?" i shrugged awkwardly feeling out of place. "When are you not?" He sighed walking up to me. "Were you using youre magic?" I blurted the question out. he smelled of fire and was radiating hot temperature making me feel the heat from where I was standing.

"I mean its none of your business but if you wanna know so bad, I was training it." He started with cold tone and sighed at the last part.

"Sorry are you the new student in the war training?" A teacher who looked to be in his late thirties questioned looking at me. "Huh-What I am n-" I was cut of by him grabbing mine and Adimiro's arm leading us into a random room. It was spacious some parts grassy and some sandy.

"Here, the two of you get to sparring." The man said as he left adimiro and I shutting the doors on his way out. "Hes mistaken you're not my new partner." He said his voice louder and booming in the echo of the room. I looked at him my face scrunched in confusion. "Partner in what?"

"Training." He said bluntly. "Well whatever let's not waste any time and get into it, defeating you should be easy." He shrugged getting into a fighting stance. I took a deep breath and did the same getting ready to fight knowing damn well I was done for.

"We'll spar without our powers. The first to pin their opponent to the ground wins, got it." He explained pouncing at me almost immediately. I ducked and turned around to face him. I ran towards him aiming for his stomach with my fist.

My moves were halted as Adimiro grabbed my arm and twisted it along with my body making me land with my on the hard ground with him on top of me.

I groaned beneath him as he knocked the air out of my lungs. "One point for me." He said smugly and got of me. "Ow. I definetly wasn't prepared for that." I got up and dusted myself of. I wanted out I knew I was not skilled in fighting not even the slightest.

"You defeated just like that?" Adimiro asked with a smirk. I so wanted to slap it of his face. "This is a mistake, I am not supposed to be here." I said as I headed to the door. "Too late for that finish what you started." Adimiro growled grabbing my arm and pulling me back.

I rolled my eyes and reeled my foot back and sent it towards his stomach. He caught my leg and smirked at me. I shook my head no already knowing what he was going to do. His smirk grew wider and he twisted my foot along with my whole body in air. I landed harshly on the ground face first.

"Adimiro what the hell!" I yelled from my odd position on the ground. "You have a lot to learn princess." Adimiro snickered and reached out to help me up as I pull myself into a sitting position. I swated his hand away and got up myself.

I dusted myself off and headed towards the door once more. Adimiro walked beside me but I didn't even glance at him and kept walking. "Michela wasn't expecting to see you here, are you part of the war course?" Dimitri exclaimed as he entered catching me by surprise.

"What oh no I'm not I was just leaving-." "You should totally join!" Dimitri cut me of and glanced at Adimiro before bringing his gaze back to me, a smirk creeping up to his face. "Dimitri don't." Adimiro sighed at his friend with a tired look. "Stop what?" Dimitri snickered before wrapping his hand around my shoulder.

"Same time, same place tomorrow? I can help train you." "No thanks i-" "Giving up already?" Adimiro cut me of before I could even finish my sentence.

"Ugh fine whatever. I'll come back so you can throw me on the ground again."

I said my voice dripping with sarcasm as I left. I walked to my dorm already imagining Theresas reaction when I tell her about today.
