The Prince of Palisade Harbor

Following the death of his mother, as well as his father becoming crippled, seven-year-old Douglas Wilson was sent to boarding school with no proper parental figures to nurture his childhood.

Upon returning over a decade later, the now 18 year old young man discovers his hometown of Palisade Harbor to be run down and dilapidated, only a husk of its former self.

His father, wheelchair-bound and scarred both physically and mentally, is his only companion in the desolate town.

But soon, he meets Abigail, a girl about eight years old. Although she seems to see things that he cannot, Doug credits this to her vivid and childlike imagination.

As things begin occurring in the town that cannot be explained, Doug realizes that Abigail's incredible mind may be the key to unlocking Palisade Harbor's past, and what had gone wrong since he had left all those years ago.
