 I was standing by the mall entrance and had just called my mom to come pick me up when Winston walks out. Drake looks away and I try not to cry again. 


 I look at Winston to see he had a confused look on his face. 


 "Like you care Winston...I told you-" 


 "Look...I'm sorry for what I said...I want to try and see how this works out." 


 My eyes go wide and my heart does little jumps. I still thought Winston was cute but I knew what Winston said was a lie, a trick he used all the time. 


 "I know that lie, that trick you use to get any guy or girl to date you. So, no Winston, I dont want to give us a try." 


 My mother pulls up and I get in. I look back to see Winston smiling.
