Depths Of Hell

Lucifer was in a tense meeting with his fellow demons. The air in the room was so thick with anticipation that you could hear the sound of a needle drop.

"We should attack the human world and bring back our queen!" Wandy, an average demon with snow-colored hair, suggested passionately.

"Yes, I think Wandy is right. We miss her ruling, and she is the only one who can help develop the condition of Hell. She only ruled for half a month, and Hell is already better than the outer world. We have to attack!" Shinsua supported, his silver hair, like Alice's father's as he aged, gleaming. Shinsua had been close to Lucifer since childhood. (Lucifer, of course, still maintained his deep black hair, only spraying it with color sometimes. Author's note: Well, I can't even figure out how crazy I am. The devil needs to be the handsome one... wink... hahaha... well, let's continue.)

Human World

Shawn and I were having dinner. Cecily had left early, so she wasn't with us. Shawn had a gloomy look as we ate. At first, I tried to ignore it, but my heart kept hurting, so I knew I had to act.

"My love, what's wrong? You've been sad since Skyline left," I asked softly.

He sighed, set down his chopsticks, and looked at me. "I feel I am not trying hard enough," he said, a hint of grievance in his voice.

I just looked at him, confused.

He saw my confusion and decided to explain. "You see... we first started to be a couple before them, but... but Cecily is pregnant for him, and... we've got nothing." He then took my hands in his own and rubbed them gently. "Please don't be sad and leave me... I will try harder and harder... I can go ten times in a row, I will do whatever you want, but please don't go. I can't live without you, Alice," he pleaded.

Huh... this guy is too much, such a shameless guy. Ten times in a row, hmmm, not bad... The more I thought about it, the more I blushed.

"Well, I don't want to have a child before marriage, okay? So you can rest assured that I won't leave you. Am I blind enough to not see you and then go after another guy? Eww. In terms of power, you are there. Also in looks, my boyfriend is the best. Manners and gentlemanly behavior, you've got it. Why should I leave you?" I asked, a playful challenge in my voice.

"You are more powerful than myself, Nyx. And you are top-notch in looks and complexion. You are the best," he claimed, and then I seized his lips in a sweet kiss.

Later At Night

I woke up in the middle of the night because I had the urge to pee, haha, you know. But when I entered our toilet, I felt the presence of a dark shadow. I had forgotten my past as the demon queen, and I didn't want to go back to that dark world. I used to kill without mercy, hunted vampires, witches, even humans, and now I wanted to be pure-handed.

Well, I ignored the presence and eased myself, then went back to cuddle with my baby boo. But the presence was persistent, so I knew I had to tell him. I woke him and told him everything I'd been experiencing.

"You are the Demon Queen. Summon the dark shadow with your powers and command it to leave," Shawn suggested. I felt his idea was good, and I transformed into Nyx.

"I command you, power of darkness, as your Queen! Show yourself and escape my wrath, or hide and perish!" I bellowed. Not just one, but about twenty dark shadows appeared and bowed to me.

"My Female Lord, your dad and Lucifer have sent us to talk in peace for you to come back and rule Hell," one of the demons said with respect in every movement he took.

"Go back and tell my father that I, the Demon Queen, have lost interest in ruling Hell," I said, emitting a terrifying aura.

"I am sorry, my Queen, I think we will attack the human world and cause chaos," another demon dared to say.

"Let's see who is more powerful," I challenged, dismissing them with a flick of my wrist.
