Chapter 52

"It is important to be able to control your chakra. Without good chakra control you are unfit to be a medic-nin," I stood in front of the classroom, a group of genin and academy students watching and learning. "In front of you is a cup. Half of it is milk and the other half is chocolate milk. Yes, you may drink it afterward." They laughed, "I want you to separate the two types so that the regular milk is on the bottom and the chocolate milk is on the top. It should look like this." I spun the liquid in the cup, sensing the two densities. Then, the two milks separated, "Now you try." 

I sat down and yawned. "Rin-nee!" Konohamaru ran into the room. 

"What," I stood up, "I have a class right now." 

The other students snickered, "But…" said Konohamaru, "Naruto's back!" 

I smiled, "Really? Alright, class dismissed. Your homework is to separate the milk!" I called as they ran out of the room. 

"Sen! Menma!" I called to the back of the room, "Come on!" 

Two toddlers wobbled over I picked up Sen, "Could you grab Menma?" I asked Konohamaru. 

He nodded and picked up the boy. "Come on Rin-nee! Let's go!" 

He ran out of the room. I grabbed my cane and walked after him. 

"UZUMAKI NARUTO IS BACK!" he was shouting from the top of the pole. 

"Naruto?" Sakura looked up at the pole, "Is that you?" 

Konohamaru put down Menma who ran up to me. I put down Sen and the two of them stood behind me, looking at the scene. "Hey, Sakura!" Naruto grinned. 

"You've gotten taller than me, haven't you," asked Sakura. 

"Huh?" asked Naruto, "You're fine, you haven't changed at all." 

Sakura gave him a death glare that he didn't see. "Hey Naruto," said a feminine voice. Konohamaru had used his Pervy jutsu. He turned back, "What do you think?" 

Naruto was silent for a moment. "That's such a boring jutsu! Check out my new perv-" 

Sakura punched him. "Really idiot? After seeing each other for the first time in years, you make me do this to you?" 

Sasuke walked over, "Hey Dobe," he said coolly, "Welcome back." 

"Teme! ow!" I hit Naruto with the cane, "Rin-nee! Big Sis!" 

He hugged me, "I missed you! Also, you can tell Genma that I didn't eat all that ramen in one day. I ate it in one week!" (cue the facepalm) 

I laughed, "I missed you too. Right! I want you to meet…" I turned around and found that they were gone. "Oh, they're over there." Menma and Sen were now babbling and talking to Sasuke. 

"Meet Menma," I pointed to the male toddler with short brown hair, and long bangs, wearing a brown jacket, "and Sen," I pointed to the female toddler with longer brown hair, down to her shoulders, wearing a blue jacket. 

"Hello!" said Naruto, "I'm Naruto, nice to meet you!" 

They hid shyly behind Sasuke. "Say Rin-nee," he said turning to me, "Whose kids are they?" 

Moegi, Udon, and Konohamaru started cackling. Sakura giggled and Sasuke smirked. "They are…" I said slowly, "They're my kids! Sen and Menma are twins!" 

"Wait what!" Naruto stood up and looked at me, "Your kids? So you mean you and Genma… you know… did…" Sakura punched him. 

"I didn't know you were married," said Naruto, rubbing his head, "When was the wedding? Aww man, I missed it didn't I." 

I smiled, "Yes, you were still busy training. I swear I sent a message to Jiraiya… he probably just didn't tell you. Now, let's go see Tsunade." 

"Bye Naruto," said Konohamaru and ran off with Moegi and Udon. 

They started walking towards Hokage Tower. I turned around to get the twins, "Oh." Sasuke was carrying them on his shoulders, "Thanks Sasuke." He nodded.

"Welcome back," said Tsunade, "I hope you learned a lot during training! I have someone I want you to go against. I've been keeping him off missions the last few days so that he'd be ready for you when you came back." 

There was a knock on the door and Menma ran up to open it. "Hey Menma," Shikamaru patted on the head. 

"Hey Shikamaru! Temari!" Sakura grinned, "Look what the cat dragged in." 

"Well you're back huh?" asked Shikamaru lazily. 

"Yeah! I got back today."

Sakura whispered loudly, "He hasn't changed a bit."

"Still an idiot," said Sasuke. 

"Makes sense," answered Shikamaru. Naruto groaned. 

"Wait, does this mean you're my opponent? Shikamaru?" asked Naruto.

"No," said Shikamaru, "That would be a drag." 

"Then am I fighting you, Temari?" 

"No."

"Naruto," said Tsunade, "He's outside." 

Naruto ran to the window, "Kakashi-sensei!" 

"Yo! Naruto," said Kakashi, waving at his student while reading his book. 

"I have a present for you!" he said, pulling a book out of his bag, "It is an unpublished edition of Icha Icha-" 

I nodded at Sasuke who nodded at Sakura. The twins nodded their heads too. "Three! Two! One!" 

Sakura ran and punched Naruto in the head. She grabbed his wrist and twisted. Naruto dropped the book. Sasuke crouched and caught the book before it fell. He threw it backward towards me. I caught it and grinned. "Mission complete!" 

"Mission compwete!" said the twins, cheering. 

"Hey," complained Naruto, "It's for Kakashi-sensei." 

"Not until he proves that he deserves it," I said, "We're all tired of him being late!" 

"Hey," said Kakashi, "There was an old lady-" 

"That's a lie!" all three of the students shouted. 

Tsunade laughed, "Anyways, you can go fight later. Oh, and I want Sakura and Sasuke to fight too. I want to see how much Team 7 has improved. Now, Shikamaru, why don't you take Naruto around the village?" 

"What a drag," he sighed, "Come on Naruto." 

"Me too!" said Menma and Sen, "Can we go?" 

"If it's okay with them," I said, "Sorry to trouble you…" 

"It's fine," said Shikamaru, "I'll bring them back in a few hours."

Naruto walked around the village. "Wow," he said, "This place hasn't changed at all! So are you two going out or what?" he asked Temari and Shikamaru. 

"Not even close, idiot," said Shikamaru, "I'm her escort and it's a drag. Don't even ask how it happened." 

"That takes me back," sighed Naruto. 

"So what are you going to do?" asked Shikamaru. 

"What do you mean?" 

"You know, everyone in our class is chunin or higher except for you," explained Shikamaru. 

"What! Sakura, you're a chunin already!" 

"Yep." said Sakura, "Shikamaru, Sasuke, and Neji are Jounin already." 

"What!" he said and looked at Sasuke, "Jounin? You? But you're an idiot!" 

"Idiot," mutteredd Sasuke. 

"That's a bad word!" said Sen. 

"Kaa-chan said if anyone says it you should punch them!" said Menma. 

Temari laughed, "Cute." 

"I want ramen…" sighed Naruto, "Is Ichiraku Ramen still open?" 

"Yes!" shouted the twins, "That's our favorite!" 

"Really?" asked Naruto, "The pork and miso one is the best! With lots of naruto!" 

"No!" said Menma, "Menma is better!" 

The two of them started arguing and laughing.
