"Yeah." He rolled his eyes at her. "And I have a girlfriend."
Cynthia chuckled as if that were the funniest joke he'd ever made.
Evan didn't say anything.
"Wait!" Cynthia stopped. "You're serious?"
Once again, Evan didn't say anything.
"YOU HAVE A GIRLFRIEND, AND YOU DIDN'T EVEN INTRODUCE HER TO ME?!"

Cynthia literally barged inside Evan's apartment, slamming the door open with so much force that it made a loud 'thud' sound. Even though Eternity was resting (more like deactivated) inside her room, it was so loud that she woke up.
Eternity rubbed her eyes, groggily sitting up from her bed.
"Evan?" she called.
"Eternity," he replied, his voice nearer than she thought. "Hey, Cynthia—"
Before he could stop her, Cynthia also barged inside Eternity's room like she owned the place. Once she saw Eternity on the bed, Cynthia's icy-blue eyes, the same color as Evan's, turned frosty.
