Basil knew this was Kayson's way of testing his English proficiency, so he couldn't resist walking back. He repeated Kayson's line in British English, American English, Australian English, and South African English, then watched her surprised expression and said, "Beautiful lady, your pronunciation is really off."

After Basil went upstairs, Kayson realized she had been thoroughly embarrassed by that guy. She stomped her foot angrily and griped, "So what if you can speak a few kinds of English? Your pronunciation is the one that's wrong. Your whole family's pronunciation is wrong."
