On this rare day off, Xenia Wendleton still had to go to the TV station.


"I need to report my manuscript, so I must go to the TV station," Xenia said to Basil Jaak as she was having porridge. "But I'll be back soon, it won't delay our plans."


Last night, Xenia and Basil Jaak had planned to spend the day out in Prince Mountain's outskirts.


"I'll drive you there." Basil Jaak said casually after glancing at Xenia.


The TV station wasn't far from the rental apartment, in Jessica Flack's BMW that Basil Jaak was driving, they arrived fairly quickly.


"You wait downstairs for me," Xenia instructed before she hurriedly carried her manuscript upstairs.


Upon reaching the third floor, the first person Xenia found was Daphne, the one who had called her last night and was the team leader of her group at the station.


"Knock-Knock-Knock…" Xenia gently knocked on the door and only entered after getting a response from the other side.
