"Hello, Basil Jaak, how is your injury?" Jessica Flack received a call from Basil Jaak, worried that his wound had worsened, she quickly asked.


Upon seeing Jessica Flack's concern, Basil Jaak felt regret over his previous thoughts, deciding that he had to convince Jessica Flack of his warnings so that Cloud Shadow Company could avoid a tremendous loss.


"Mr. Flack, my injury is not serious," Basil quickly dismissed the topic, shifting focus to the auction happening later that afternoon, "Mr. Flack, I can hear some commotion on your end; are you at the auction site?"


"Basil, what did you just say? It's quite loud here; I can't hear." The noise at Jessica Flack's location was considerable, and regardless of how she tried to listen, she could not make out Basil's words. She could only confirm that his injuries were not severe.


"Have you reached the auction site?" Basil Jaak abruptly raised his voice, yelling at Jessica Flack.
