A red sun slowly rose from the distant horizon, marking the start of a new day.

Bruce's eyes were red as he returned, then slowly shook his head at Debby Sutton.

Despite a night of searching, Bruce could still not find the missing Basil Jaak, and even Fenny Marshall's phone contact had been cut off.

Debby Sutton seemed to have anticipated this, standing there with no reaction, her brows occasionally furrowing and then relaxing again. Mrs. Sutton merely looked on, unsure of what she was thinking.
