"Sir, could you buy me a drink?" A woman caked in makeup approached Basil Jaak, casting him a flirtatious smile.


Basil stretched out his hands and replied, "My drinks are cheap, I'm not sure if you're accustomed to them."


"Sir, haven't you heard that it's not all about the wine?" The woman laughed, taking a seat across from Basil and batting her eyelashes at him.


Watching this unfold from a distance, Lily felt a nauseous sensation, as though she had swallowed a fly. She slammed her wine cup onto the table and shouted at the waiter, "Bring me a dozen drinks!"


The waiter asked in surprise, "Madam, a dozen drinks will definitely get you drunk."


Lily huffed impatiently, "Afraid I'm going to get drunk and not pay you? Is this enough?"


Lily, being ostentatious, pulled out a stack of dollars from her bag and slapped them onto the table.
