Chapter 259: The Fallen Object_1

This wasn't genuine time acceleration, nor was it actual time reversal. Chen Yang wasn't truly shuttle through the river of time.

All of this was merely an illusion.

The human conception of time is an interesting thing. Sometimes a second feels slower than an hour, and yet there are times when an hour feels swifter than just a second. This proves that each person's consciousness and perception of time do not completely coincide.

Chen Yang's independent free consciousness, detached from physical stimuli, managed to escape from the normal senses, allowing what felt like several hours to pass in just over a few seconds.

As for the flow of time in reverse, it was like re-experiencing all of his memories. Everything he had seen or ignored was replayed in his mind as if he were seeing it firsthand. He could see everything clearly, even an ant crawling on the ground.

Of course, once time has passed, it never comes back. All of this was merely an illusion of memory.
