Chapter 10: Young Master (9)

Four days later,

Ava stood there, confused, staring in a direction, and just shook her head, while Amy smiled nervously. "Amy... you know, this is the first time I've ever seen this." She thought she was exaggerating it, but staring at Elijah, she was out of words.

On a large table, Elijah was sleeping and eating tons of food at the same time, while Amy, on the side, was cooking the food. She showed an elegant smile and said, "I heard what he did at the dinner party."

Amy responded, "My lady, Young Master Elijah almost backed down when Cain wanted to threaten to destroy this family. I am the one who encouraged him to continue." Precisely knowing that Miss Ava may see Elijah as reckless.

"I know." Amy was stunned, and Ava explained, "The party was recorded, and almost every royal family now knows of our young master. Certainly, with his personality, he would make a commotion at that party."

Miss Amy was confused and asked, "My lady, did you plan all of this?"

Miss Ava's elegant smile was shown and added. "With many powerful young masters and misses around, he didn't disappoint. What he did showed power and courage, making them fear and respect this family once more."

She smiled widely, seeing Elijah's face. "I thought I made a mistake, but it seems I haven't."

"But I haven't tested his talent yet, miss," Amy said.

"That doesn't matter, and I also have a strong feeling that his talent will be higher than even mine," she replied, leaving the kitchen. "It is still essential for him to train." She suddenly stopped and added, "I would like to test him after his training is done, so call me then. For the time being, I will be going to The Zulari realm."

Amy smiled with excitement, seeing her response.

The next day,

Stretching his body, Elijah stood waiting for Miss Amy with his body adjusting to Level 1 training suit. Jumping around, Miss Amy appeared on the field. "Okay then, Young Master."

Elijah can consistently stop the leaking of energy passively, something that is now natural to him even when he's not focused, but he didn't want to procrastinate, so his focus was still there every moment, even when he sleeps.

"The second stage is External use of your energy, for example." She raised her hand, and immediately a ball of mana showed. "Externally releasing the energy inside. It may be hard at first but becomes easy as you go on." When she was about to explain the whole process, Elijah had already done it.

"I'm done," he said. "It's much easier with a Chi Circuit now," he commented.

"Wait, what?" She was shocked and inquired, "You did this even when you didn't have a circuit?" Elijah nodded. She was lost for words and thought, 'That's why he was able to stop the leaking of energy in just a few days.' Doing so will take weeks for others and even a month for them to do it passively.

Without even knowing it, Elijah was causing turmoil in Amy's heart, which was temporary, before she accepted it.

"Maybe because his control was already great after doing it for years without meridians," she wondered, seeing how he was easily controlling his chi to form a ball. "Can you shoot it out?" But she just sighed and murmured to herself, 'Of course, you can.'

He shot the chi ball at the tree and smiled. "I used to do this when I was young, but at that time, it needed almost every focus of mine," he said, laughing.

"Okay then, let's move on. Can you enhance your body?" She inquired and just shook her head. "Forget it," remembering when he fought. "Then enhancing only your arm or leg, can you enhance your whole body?"

Elijah closed his eyes, and after some seconds, his whole body was glowing with a silver layer. "It's a bit hard, but I can manage," he answered.

"Great, then now speed up the flow of your chi by also staying like that," she said. He closed his eyes, and soon enough, he was sweating buckets as he started increasing his focus on the matter.

"I can, but it needs a tremendous amount of focus." He increased the speed of circulation around his body. He stood there without moving for minutes and then opened his eyes.

"Increasing circulation around the body helps in increasing the cast speed of your techniques and skills," she said and further said, "Right now, you just increase it to the level you can stand, which should be 2 times, right?"

"No, 3 times the normal speed," he said, struggling.

"Mmm, that's impressive being your first time," she commented and said, "After getting used to the speed, you will just have to increase it once more. The faster your circulation becomes, the faster your techniques will be used. First, let's start with 3 times, and the best way to adjust something is by battle."

Elijah frowned already knowing of the torture that was coming, and light swords started appearing. "Are you ready?"

"No," he replied.

"You are ready," she said and further said, "I will fight like this until you get used to that level of speed."
