"What's the matter pumpkin?" Vincent asked giving a side glance at Ariel as he started the car up.

Hearing his voice, Ariel turned to glare at him resisting the urge to curse him and pull his hair out of his scalp, "I freaking hate you." She managed to say through gritted teeth.

"That wasn't the situation few moments ago." Vincent chuckled as he drove out of the underground garage, thankfully he was done with his work before things got heated, and after everything he brought her change of clothes, food and helped her shower before they headed off to go pick the children from school.

"What explanation am I going to tell our children when they notice their mother can't walk straight?" She sneered angrily, the journey to the garage from his office was a bit difficult one as she could barely take two steps forward without her legs being all wobbly.
