Checkup

''How were your college days in Berlin?'' Brianna asked.

"It was epic, Berlin is a beautiful city, especially during summer" Kelsey excitedly said.

"Interesting. So, what events makes summer so special in berlin.''

''The outdoor beaches and usually, I and my friends take a dip in the open beaches, go to the movies, and visit historical places like Charlottenburg Palace and Brandenburg Gate'' Kelsey replied.

''Amazing''

''The most memorable event was when we toured the city on the spree river.''

''Wow, so wonderful''

''Trust me. That's the most exciting place anyone will want to visit if you should land in Berlin.''

''I know right, I heard people say it several times.''

''And also, during winter, we go skating, hiking and play hockey. We also visit some Christmas markets like Gendarmenmarkt ,museums and galleries.''

''That would be a lot of fun.''

''Yeah, we also went for school camping and sports at certain dates and times.''

''Oh my gosh, it's already 3:00. We need to get going'' Brianna alerted Kelsey. 

They picked up their stuff on the table and rushed out of the stall and walked hastily to the hospital.

AT THE HOSPITAL

Brianna opens the door of her mum room, she enters, as Kelsey follows her.

Good afternoon, Auntie" Kelsey said as she shut the door.

"Afternoon. How are you" Dorothy said stretching her arms to hug her.

 Kelsey hugs her and responds "I'm also fine and you"

"I'm coping but I'll be relaxed after my checkup" Dorothy replies.

"That's good to hear" 

"Mum I've brought your food, you should start eating, before its time for your checkup" Brianna said as she unpacks the food for her mum. 

"Okayy" Her mum said.

Kelsey gives her the fork.

After some minutes, when Dorothy is almost done eating:

There is a knock on the door.

Please come in, Brianna said.

The nurse steps in and shuts the door

"Good afternoon, madam" She greets.

"Afternoon" They respond

"Please I'm here to inform you that your checkup will be in 20 minutes time, so please get ready" The nurse said.

Some few minutes later later...…

A doctor in white gown and a nurse with a troller enters the room

The nurse comes along with the equipment's needed for the examination.

''May we be excused'' the doctor said

I and Kelsey got out and waited on the verandah whiles she was been examined by the doctor.

Charlotte House,

"What a day" Charlotte said to herself as she relaxed on the sofa with her legs on the center table sipping the juice she bought on her way home.

(Her phone ring)

She rushed to pick the call thinking it was the guy she bumped into but to her dismay it was her co-worker that set up the blind date for her.

"Hi''

''Hello''

''How was your blind date? I guess it was enjoyable''

 ''No, it was not''

''Why? Wasn't he entertaining?''

''He's too annoying. He just kept pissing me off. He always gives ridiculous and irritating answers''

''Is that so, I never taught of him like that''

''And also, he likes to adore and praise himself. He always finds himself to be captivating and handsome''

''Is he not handsome?''

''No, not really''

''Oh, I see, then I'll tell her to call it off''

''Yeah, thanks''

''Catch you later''

''Bye''

LEON'S HOUSE

"So how was your date?'' hope it was interesting (he whispers to himself)

Donald asked.

"She's nice but I don't like her, so I was just teasing her, anyway she was talking about her hero who saved her"

"Oh, okay, so then I will have to inform your mom to look for another girl for you" Donald proposed

"Noo, I don't need any girlfriend. Make sure my mom does know I was teasing her"

''She will find out sooner or late. So why don't I just tell her''

''No, she'll crucify me''

''But Charlotte herself can tell her'' Donald said

''Yeah, how did you know her name''

''I saw it in the files''

''Oh okay''

(The doorbell rings)

"Go, check who's at the door". Leon ordered.

Donald opens the door.
