Brianna was a 28-year-old girl who had a miserable and destitute life because all the money she was paid was not enough to pay her mom’s hospital bills and their basic needs. Luckily for her, her uncle got a work for her to be a waitress at his club and that he will give her enough money to be able to take care of herself and her mom. She started to work there as a waitress, it was going on well until a she had a quarrel with one of their regular customers named Leon which was resolved when she was forced to apologize After some weeks later her cousin arrived in the country as she was out of the city some time ago to study. One night her father drugged Leon so that his daughter would sleep with him, unfortunately he slept with Brianna. He was later forced by his parents to marry her all though it was unintended, since they didn’t really like each other, it was a contract marriage between the two of them without the knowledge of their parents. This made Kelsey angry because she also liked Leon, so she tried to destroy the marriage in several ways, but all her plans failed. Life was still miserable because she and Leon always quarreled and fought over petty issues. They both opened a new page when her childhood friend wanted to marry her when the contract is over, he had admired her during their childhood years but never had the courage to tell. Leon did not agree so they ended up quarrelling each time he comes to visit her. Leon now realizes that he likes her and plans on confessing his love for her someday. One day Brianna was trying to separate a fight between Leon and her ex-boyfriend  who came to visit her, and she ended up getting hurt. Through her hospital days he was always by her side and one time told her how he felt about her. Their feelings were reciprocal, they began dating and eventually got married properly

''You seriously came all the way here to ask me a question like that? weren't you there?'' she asked

''I was, but I wasn't focusing on your conversation and motions''

''I wasn't supposed to be there; I sneaked inside without Leon's awareness''

''If you don't want to tell me what happened, I just go straight to tell you why I'm here''

''I was sent by Leon to pass a message to you''

''He says he's sorry for what happened and just hopes you forget about it''

''He's also wishing you success in chasing your hero and he's optimistic that you'll find him soon''

''It's personal and I don't want to share''

'Well, I guess you're done delivering your message''

'Then you'd have to excuse me because I have lots of work to do'

'It's obvious, normally office work starts at 6:oo but it's 9:28 now'

''That's smart of you'' charlotte said

Donald gets up and makes his way through the door

Brianna turns her head side by side using her hands to cover her ear so she wouldn't hear the shrieking of the alarm.

She finally couldn't stand it, so got up to turn it off.

(I'm still feeling sleepy, why don't I just sit down a bit) she said to herself and grasp a chair from a distance to sit on

Her phone suddenly rang which woke her up again

''Who's that'' she says as she picks up the phone

''Kelsey! Why would she be calling me by this time'' she asks herself and answers the call

''Yeah, I told my dad to give you a day off, since yesterday you had a long and stressful day in the hospital.''

''Ohh, that's so thoughtful of you'' she said happily

''Yeah, how is your mum, hope she's doing well''

Brianna gets up and twiddles, elating happily. She puts the phone down and jumps on the bed and bids herself a good sleep.

'Brianna won't be around today' He announces as he walks in the direction of his office as Kelsey follows

'Why not' one of her colleagues asked rhetorically

'Dad, won't you introduce me'' Kelsey asked wordily

He turns swiftly and calls the attention of the workers

''I'd like you to meet my daughter, Kelsey'' he said honorably

''Hello, Miss Kelsey'' they chorused

''Would you like to give them a word of advice'' Mr. Raymond asked her

''Hope you're all doing great, anyways all I'd like to say is

'Always remember that confidence and hard work is the best medicine to kill the disease called failure. And it will make you as an individual and a group successful.'

''Such an intelligent and smart girl'' Her dad said watching her

''What! She's still asleep'' Dorothy said

''Brianna Brianna, wake up, it's almost midday''

She turns to face the opposite side

''Wake up, I've prepared brunch'' she said tapping her

She turns with her face facing the ceiling

''Wash up and come to the dining table''

''Okay'' she said as she was getting up

Within some minutes, she was done and was behind the table with her mum

She quickly gulped the tea and burger into her mouth like a ravenous lion

''Oh my. Slow down a bit. You might get chocked
