"So for the BSA awards, it’s only the team captains and managers who get to vote, right?" Ace asked.
"That’s right," Joke nodded. From what he remembered, Dani had explained it to him before. After the final major of the year, the AOS team sent out a list of nominees for the awards to every team worldwide. Each team’s captain and manager were given one vote each to decide the winner.
But in Joke’s case, he’d been “kidnapped” by Lia, so he hadn’t had the chance to cast his vote himself.
Rin had stepped in to handle it as vice-captain. Since White Dragon didn’t have a designated manager or head coach (Madame Fon had previously filled the role but declined to continue, leaving the position vacant despite ongoing persuasion from the chairman), the voting responsibility had fallen to Bam. Of course, the rule was clear: no one could vote for a member of their own team. Joke had no idea who the two women had voted for.
"So, who did you vote for?" Ace asked.
"Uh... I have no idea."
