A New Era Part III

"And the winner of the BSA award this year is..."

The music swelled dramatically, enhancing the anticipation. Charles paused briefly as he carefully lifted the sealed paper and scanned the name written on it. Letting out a small sigh, he finally looked up with a smile.

"Joker, from the team Miracle White Dragon."

In that instant, thunderous applause erupted, and the spotlight illuminated Joker, who was still sitting in stunned silence. It was his teammates who reacted first, jumping up in excitement and embracing their captain, who remained wide-eyed and blinking, as if he couldn’t quite believe his ears.

“You did it, Joke! This is incredible,” said Rin

“The BSA, man! THE BSA!” Dani added.

“Ahhh! Captain!!” Bam yelled.

The trio’s words tumbled over each other in their excitement, barely coherent. Amidst the roaring applause, Joker seemed frozen in shock, until a heavy hand from Ace smacked him squarely on the back, snapping him out of his daze.
