If Dorothy’s earlier intention was to provoke him, it clearly failed. Joke’s calm and humble reply didn’t ignite any flames, leaving Dorothy so flustered she looked ready to bite into her handkerchief. She might have even teared up a little. It wasn’t just Joke’s unshakable response—Lia, sitting next to him, hadn’t even bothered to glance her way. Instead, Lia was thoroughly enjoying her cake, as if Dorothy didn’t exist at all.

“If you’re lucky enough to face me, you’ll learn a harsh lesson for underestimating the tag team league like this!” Dorothy spat before storming off.

When did he ever underestimate it?
