The whispers and rumors Emma Hart had overheard in the restroom were still circling in her ears, leaving her in a state of hesitation. 

It seemed that Sophia Greenwood's care towards her was perhaps due to Damian Sterling, which undeniably had its impact on Emma. 

"I..." Emma Hart began to speak, only to have her hand gently taken and held by Sophia Greenwood, who looked at her with earnest pleading.
