Chapter 74 - Appointed Time
Night came and just like Zach promised, he gave the remaining Bronze Cores to the ones who had contributed the most in the operation to reclaim the Misty Jungle Shelter who was none other than Mike after he had slain the bronze-class leader of the group however, Mike only needs 72 Bronze Cores, so he gave the rest to the next one who was Viktor.
After that, Zach then just ordered some of the Rangers to be stationed in the shelter for the time being as he was still thinking about what to do with it as they can't have the place being attacked by beasts again so having Rangers around would secure its safety.
Right now, Zach could be found at his house in Undead Enclave Shelter together with the others however, he was more focused on the blue screen in front of him as he was taking a look at his status again wanting to optimize the remaining Free Attributable Stat Points he had.

Looking at his status, Zach decided to put 40 Free Attributable Stat Points on Spirit as he kind of relied on them more due to the skills that he had. Looking at the numbers, the stat points he got from the items really were the most helpful in increasing his stats, so he felt grateful and lucky to have the system since he knew that without it, there was no way of him becoming what he had become now.
"I wonder if there is a limit as to how many stats points a person can have. I think there will be since there is no point in having us classified in Tiers if it didn't have one. The problem is what numbers were the limit." Zach wondered while looking at the total number of stat points he had.
"Well. There's no point thinking about it now. Let's just focus on surviving and leveling to meet the requirements to evolve into a Tier 2 human." Zach said before closing his status window and looking at Sophia and the others inside.
Following this, Zach and his family then had a happy dinner together before parting ways after a while so they could get rest especially Sophia who was pregnant with Zach's child with Shiela taking care of her whereas Zach could be found together with Zoey and Eun Ae with him.
For the following days, Zach continued to stay in Eden working on everything after he finally relieved the punishment he had given to Gerald and his men and had him work as the Misty Jungle Shelter's Manager again and have some of the Rangers living in his shelter to move in so they can have the power to protect the place.
As the location from which the Sanctuary Portal Totem of the Misty Jungle Shelter was installed is quite far from Eden, Zach has immediately ordered the Lifestyle Group to start making a road so they can have quicker access to the place all the while having some Rangers to protect them from possible danger.
On the other hand, Zach decided to have the Frozen Field become a safety outpost for the time being as he planned on making a trip to Greenland himself to recruit people over there since all the Rangers he had were already evenly distributed. This plan, however, will be delayed for a while until they successfully attack the silver shelter.
Meanwhile, the Rangers that would be part of the operation have been staying in the Undead Enclave Shelter all this time after Zach wanted them to adopt the place first and see how the Undead fight so they will not be surprised anymore when they start the operation and also, he wants them to level up some more.
On the fifteenth day, Zach finally gathered everyone as it was now time to move out since they still had to travel and make a clear plan as they still had to map the area. Also, they wouldn't be heading directly to the horde as they still had to go to Omar's Shelter and that would be the place where they finalize everything.
At this moment, Zach can be found bidding farewell to his family telling them not to worry and promising them that he will come back in one piece and alive. He took some time coaxing everyone, especially Zoey, before finally heading out of the house.
After coming out, Zach saw Ethan and the others gathered not that far from his house and all of them were all ready to depart. With that, he briefed them for a while before finally leaving the shelter gaining the attention of every Ranger inside the shelter as they also knew about their operation this time.
On the other hand, Eun Ae watches Zach and his group heading to the west in the projected map given by the Shelter's Core hoping that they would be victorious and would come without any casualty as possible. After seeing them leave the shelter's range, she then just also stopped looking at it as she headed downstairs to tell everyone that they already left.
Meanwhile, Zach and his group started running in the forest. Knowing which way to go, Zach didn't plan on relying on the Survival Path this time and had the quickest possible route since it would not be a problem even if they encountered a horde of Undead on the way since with their number, he was sure that they could annihilate everything blocking their path.
Looking at the distance, Zach saw a Reaper and it was bronze class at that however, he didn't take action himself and just looked at Patrick and his group which immediately understood what he meant seeing them getting ahead of him while holding their weapons.
"Let's get moving. We still have a long way to go." Zach then announced to everybody as he slowly increased his pace wanting to arrive as soon as possible so they could still have rest before they started the real operation.
With that, everyone looked ahead as they followed Zach's back. They all had mixed feelings about this operation, but the look of excitement could be found mostly in them as they all thought they were some kind of adventurers going out on a quest.
A week later, Zach and his group took that long before they arrived at the Undead Forest Shelter as they kept on resting after everyone couldn't keep up with his speed. Also, they encountered quite a lot of Undead on the way which delayed them more but it was also quite rewarding as a number of them had also leveled up on the way.
Right now, Zach could be found entering the shelter while everyone was outside of the Shelter Protective Shield since only he was allowed to enter after having permission to do so from Omar. Looking at the shelter, he could see some residents inside and he felt like they arrived at a good time.
"It's you, Brother Zach. I thought we were being under attack." Kamir immediately greeted upon seeing that the person who entered was Zach. In fact, he was actually sweating a lot before after one of their companions reported that a large group of people were outside of the shelter.
"I'm sorry that we came unannounced but just like I promised, I have come back with my men. Where's Omar?" Zach said while smiling as he could see the anxiousness from the residents inside after they arrived only to get it disappear when they saw that it was him.
"Omar was still out there hunting. Wait. Let me allow your men to come inside first." Kamir answered before he immediately headed towards the main house since he had the power to allow their entry as he was the manager of the shelter.
Not before long, Ethan and the rest then entered inside after being told that they could now do so. They completely overwhelmed the residents of the shelter because aside from their number, they could also see that they all had high levels and from the items that they were wearing which they couldn't help but feel envy as they could tell that all of them had at least 1 item above the ordinary class.
With that, Zach and the others then just waited as they rested in the shelter while some could be found interacting with the residents as they were curious about the place and the same goes with the residents who are curious about the Rangers. It was only when night came did Omar finally returned to the shelter where their meeting then finally occurred.
"Brother Zach, with these strong men with you, I think this operation will be easy." Omar said while looking at Zach. He was still surprised after seeing 93 high-level men especially the eight men who had gathered together with him as he could tell that they were the strongest men under Zach.
"That was not certain but who knows. By the way, this is Ethan, Mike, Carl, Isabelle, Viktor, Patricia, Kevin, and Allen. They were also shelter owners just like us. Everyone, this is Omar, the owner of Undead Forest's Shelter." Zach then introduced each other as this would be the first step towards greater understanding.
Hearing this, Omar was completely dumbfounded after knowing that the people around him were also shelter owners just like him but the thing that struck him the most was the fact that all of these people were working under him instead of working alone. He couldn't help but wonder just how strong Zach's base really was upon knowing these facts.
"We will be using this place to plan out the attack if that's okay with you?" Zach then followed as he wanted to have his permission first since they might feel uncomfortable having this many people in the shelter and he would respect no matter what decision he had since this is his shelter.
"That's not a problem. I even feel assured as I felt like the shelter has become the safest place to live." Omar immediately answered while looking at everyone with a smile since this was Zach he was talking about, the person who had saved them twice so he couldn't just have his companions feel that they were not welcome.
"That's great. Let's have a feast tonight. My treat. Let's just take it easy since we have just arrived. Let's continue this meeting tomorrow and let us enjoy the night." Zach said with a smile. Also, he wanted everyone to get to know each other first so that they could work side by side when the time came.
With that, Zach then buys everything that they need and want without minding the cost. Ethan and the rest of the Rangers were already used to Zach's generosity but it was the first time for Omar and his group to see that Zach was not only rich but also generous towards his people.
The night was long, and everyone got along with each other as they drank and ate without holding back. Stories were told as they started discussing their experiences before the tutorial and until now and it quite surprised Omar and his group upon learning about Eden and its branches from other countries which was founded by Zach himself.
After everyone had enough and was completely satisfied, everyone then headed back to their houses specifically Omar's group while Zach and the Rangers installed their tents outside ready to have a rest away from any disturbance since they were now protected by the Shelter Protective Shield.
