Nathan, a sixteen year old boy known for his hot temper, is forced to leave his friends and relocate to the countryside with his family after his father loses his job. In the new environment, Nathan finds solace in a nearby forest.

When he wakes up sixteen years later, he discovers he has become a vampire with elemental powers due to the mysterious woman he saw inside the forest. He also found out that she was inside him and she also had a mission of her own, but he still remained sixteen years old due to her freezing the time around him.

In return for the power she gave him, he was given a dire task to become the king of the vampires.

Determined to find his family, Nathan embarks on a thrilling journey, using his newfound abilities and the system given to him by the mysterious woman to navigate a world filled with danger and mystery. Nathan was slightly shocked after hearing what Riya said.

'Okay, I knew that there was definitely something wrong with her, but I wasn't expecting this...' Nathan thought.

If this was the case, then that weird feeling he usually got from her was related to her not being Human.

"If she wasn't human, then I would've known, so what happened?" Nathan asked Siena.

He was asking Siena this question, because he remembered that when he was in Vina Academy, she once told him that Vampire's were able to detect other races through each of their unique scent.

Nathan pushed his sword closer to Riya's neck, and he kept his eyes on her, as he listened to Siena's response.

"The thing is that, not all races have a scent. Just like Celine who is an Elf. Elves don't have a particular scent, so they can't be detected, and it's also like that for some very few races," Siena said.
