It's been ten months Roarke had been out of coma and eight month since he started physiotherapy. It had been a horrible two month of Roarke being in coma for the family and a darker one for Roarke. 


He had suffered a short term memory loss when he woke up, he could recognise his parents but found it difficult to remember the cause of the accident. He remembered asking countless time for Tessa but they kept evading him. 


He never understood why his heart ached so much or the reason for it. One time in the presence of his family, he had asked the doctor for an explanation why his heart's ache and his mother had gasped, swallowing her sob, he wondered why. 


"It's the effect of the cause of your accident. Perhaps you were frightened when you saw the impending crash" that had been the explanation of the doctor.
