"You're not getting out of here." I said in a calm voice.

But Gargamel just had a calm look on his face as if he had full control of the situation.

When Elizabeth saw this, she looked like she wanted to attack him again, but I was able to stop her in the end.

For now, it didn't matter what he thought as long as he was willing to answer the questions. In fact, it might even be better for him to feel confident and in charge since it would make it easier.

After all, people were much more relaxed and more likely to make mistakes when they thought they had already won.

The first question that I had was…

"What were you doing down there?"

Gargamel said with a smile, "We're experimenting on people, wasn't that very clear?"
