First of all, I am Albanian, so i am kind of biased towards this novel . Anyway, MC is an American who has taken over Zog 1 (King of Albania) during his coronation. Great novel overall, and I recommend it . The only thing i may have to add to the author is that pleases place all the information/citation at the end of the chapter and not in the middle . As this is the only Albanian focused Alternative History novel i have seen, i can't say it's the best, but for a novel, it's very good . Great Work !
