Dante walked slowly across the ground of Hell, feeling the hot earth beneath his feet. He had spent hours wandering alone, lost in his own thoughts, before finally returning to this place that had once been nothing but chaos and suffering. But now... it was different.
He raised his gaze and observed the vastness around him. The infernal landscape, which once consisted of eternal flames and screams of agony, had transformed into something much more complex. Buildings rose up on the horizon, towers of black stone adorned with golden and ruby details. Wide streets were filled with demons working, negotiating, and even having fun in makeshift markets.
The screams of pain had been replaced by a completely unexpected sound: animated conversations, the sound of hammers shaping metal, and even occasional laughter echoing through the stone alleys. Hell, which had always been a realm of punishment and damnation, had become a civilization.
