CHAPTER 68: First Battle

Leo stood on top of the wall, staring at the distance town without batting an eye. With his realm he could see countless humans running toward the base 80 meters away.

"When I told you guys about doomsday, you all didn't believe now you are running to the base." Leo shook his head and added.

"It's hard for humans to change their nature." He then turned to his subordinates who were standing behind him and said calmly.

"Mike, Ricky and Jack, you three take two commanders with you and move forward, place a barricade 20 meters away from the base. Make sure only humans pass through that barricade, any zombie you see kill them."

"Yes, the three nodded and climbed down the wall, while the girls stood behind Leo.

"Leo what do this things look like?" Mila asked a little confuse.

"The things as you called them look like zombies, but much dangerous. I know you have seen some zombies movies, right?"

Mila nodded and Leo continue:

"This zombies are not like the once you saw in movies. This zombies are more stronger and faster that they could even rival a Olympic runner and these are only the normal undead, so think about the speed of the mutated ones." Leo said.

The three girls nodded calmly, quietly staring at the distance.

"Ahhh!!"

"Help me!!"

"Run!!"

About a hundred people were yelling, running with full speed as if their lives depends on it.

because it does.

Mike, Jack, Ricky, Levi and iron fist were every efficient, an in a matter of minutes a barricade made from already prepared sand bags was built and hundreds of celestial fighters stood in a roll with their guns in hand.

One thing was strange about these fighters, they were all beaming in joy waiting to see what the zombies looked like, or if they are different from the ones in the simulation.

"I hope they look like those in the simulation"

"Me too"

"I hope they are more scary and powerful than the ones in the simulation." A girl said with a smile causing everyone to stare at her in confusion.

When doing their training, this girl was the most frightened, but now... After getting use to the zombies, they now look like people in paint to her.

Leo Smiled calmly seeing his fighters fighting spirit. 'These is what I want to see in my fighters, "A fierce fighting spirit." '

After fighting with countless undead in the simulation with only daggers they are now a force not to be reckoned with.

"Get ready fighters!!!" Ricky shouted.

"Save the humans and kill all the undead."

"Run!!!" A middle-aged man running from zombies shouted.

"Wait! Is that?"

"Celestial fighters, Come on we can make it!" A woman yelled increasing her speed.

"Fighters open the barricade!" Jack yelled as two fighters pushed open the barricade creating a passage for the running survivors.

Seeing the barricade Being open and countless people with guns, all the running survivors got hope and all ran inside the open entrance.

Countless off-road vehicles were already waiting for them. After passing the barricade they all got inside the off-road vehicles and head straight to the base.

"THIS IS IT GUYS!!"

Mike shouted staring at the countless zombies running toward them without a ounce of fear.

"Third king, can I ask for a favor?" The Same female fighter walked up to Mike and asked.

"And what is that?" Mike asked back.

"Can we fight them without guns, we can use daggers. Good thing is that we can also preserve bullets." The female fighter said.

Mike stared at her with a frown then turned to the other fighters, they all nodded calmly accepting the plan.

'What should we do Leo, they all want to fight the undead without guns but only daggers?' Mike consult Leo to know his thought.

Leo just smile calmly and said:

'If they want to fight with a dagger, why stop them, let them enjoy themselves.'

Hearing Leo reply Mike nodded and said. "Ok you guys should blow my mind"

All the fighters smiled happily and dropped their guns. And each of them brought out a shimmering silver daggers and the next moment they all charged at the raging horde of zombies.

"What the hell are they doing?!" A survivor asked.

"Are they not scared?" A woman asked surprised, the next moment her question was answered as countless celestial fighters clashed with the zombies cutting them down as if cutting grass.

Painful howl and shriek of zombies rung out around the base, the running survivors froze in Front of the rescuing vehicles all speechless watching the scene in Front of them.

"How can humans be this skilled?"

"Are they monsters?"

"I want to be like them!"

Countless survivors said with open jaw staring at the one sided massacre in Front of them.

With Leo training simulation these people are more dangerous than before, especially the 200 death squad, these 200 are more dangerous than anyone. The shocking thing is that All the fighters present are all death squad members a total of 200 fighters.

"We can't just stand here and watch them steal all the show!" Mike said with a please expression rushing inside the battle with his broadsword. The others looked at each other and charged with him. Causing the zombies to reduce rapidly in numbers.

Leo and the girls stood on the wall completely speechless.

"These are the zombies you mentioned but why are they so weak? I think even the ones in the simulation are more stronger than them." Sam said with a displeased tone.

"Yeah look at how our fighters are cutting tham down, if we use our skills, we'll be going overkill." Mila added in the same tone.

"...."

"...."

Both Nora and Leo was speechless hearing the two girls words. After A while Leo shook his head and said.

"This is till the first stage zombies, of course they will be weak because even a highly skilled normal human could kill them. But after they mutate to the red zombies you must be careful if you are a normal human."

"Ok Leo" the two nodded and Nora finally open her mouth.

"It means we won't have spirit stones from them."

"Yeah but there are other way to get spirit stones." Leo said calmly remembering his exchange function.

[ Congratulation, subordinate Jack kill a normal undead, you have been rewarded with 300 EXP and 500 Doom stones ]

[ Congratulation, subordinate Mike kill a normal undead, you have been rewarded with 300 EXP and 500 Doom stones ]

'That's it boys.' Leo said with a smile.
