CHAPTER 101: Black liquid

Leo muttered in mild surprise. "How wonderful, this monster has the power of an Ascended realm. One realm below mine."

"I never underestimate my enemies" Leo drew out his two swords and pointed the tip of the emperor sword at the monster.

"You dare challenge me mortal!!" The second stage calamity hissed as it walked forward.

Leo didn't care and turned to Nora. "Where is the prisoner?"

"He is in the prison" Nora answered, after getting herself back.

"Take me to him, you guys can continue training, you will be facing the monsters from the dungeons and tombs, those monsters have intelligence, so you must know how to deal with them." Leo said to his fighters. "Nora"

Nora nodded, she and the other five followed Leo out of the simulation. The Six got inside an off-road vehicle and drove straight to the base.

In a dark room, a bare chested man was bond in chains, as he sat lifeless on the cell. He looked like he had faced countless torture and suffering, with the wounds all over his body.

Leo frowned seeing the man and looked at his subordinates. Mike, Ricky and Jack quickly looked up, finding the ceiling beautiful. While the two girls turned to Sam.

Leo followed their eyes and landed on Sam. "You did this?!!" He yelled.

"Yes, that is what he gets for killing twenty of our fighters, I would have killed him if Nora and Mila didn't stop me" Sam hissed out.

Leo rubbed his temple and sighed. "Thank goodness you didn't kill him, because, we still Need to know how he got to the core formation realm under four days." Leo looked at the man and said. "Wake him up"

Mike nodded, and pour salt water on him. The salt water passed through the wounds on his body causing him to scream out in unbearable pain.

The man lifeless eyes shone with hope, after hearing Leo's word. "W-what are your questions?"

"Just two" Leo raised two fingers at him, and added. "Are you ready to answer my questions?"

Seeing Sam gaze, the man nodded vigorously.

"First: how did you guys increase your realms so quickly? Second: what is hemsal and the blood princess up to? Those are my questions."

The man was silent for a while, his eyes were moving around like he was scared of something or Someone. An act that didn't escape Leo and his subordinates. "Don't be scared, you are safe here" Leo said in a calming tone.
