2. A Call From Home

Looking at retreating Jeanne, Radon touched his chin. He gave many EXP elixirs to Jeanne was a test. His base prosperity level limit his own officers' level upper limit or not. The answer was not, and if he didn't careful enough, his generosity would backfire at him someday.

To upgrade his main hall, he needed 5K Food, 7K Wood, and 0,5K Iron. For newbie player, these defisit resources would take three to five days to solve with current base resource production rate. But who is he? He was reincarnated player! His inventory could solve this problem easily!

In opened right amount of resource packs and upgrade Main Hall. The progress bar indicated that he needed half a day to finish. Without hesitation, he speed up the progress. He upgraded and upgraded again until territory was raised to prosperity level 7.

Raden felt satisfied by his prodigal actions. Finally he could act like whale players!

He looked his territory from the windows and smiled. Different from reality, he could magically finished building progress in an instant. What he most satisfied is how NPC very loyal to him. Not even deputy could beat him. Not to mention Jeanne Wu also sign servitude contract. He had absolute control over his base territory.

When the sun almost set, Jeanne Wu and the troops lined up and walked into the gate. They brought many supply to the base and most important was, Raden realized that he could expand his territory.

But the expanded territory was slightly different. It was not inside Game System Management. So he needed to manage it by himself. He could appoint an officer to manage outer territory as well. But with limited officer, he could only let it be. Beside, he didn't have enough troops to patrol.

Of course, beside clearing the peripheral base, Raden also needed to increase his territory prosperity level. And he did it this morning.

"Governor, thanks to your generosity, we can open outer territory to native refugees." As deputy, Jeanne got base development notifications. Her eyes was gleamed with hope.

Looking at calm Governor in front of her, she felt her choice back then was correct.

"You can post aide recruitment at officer market." Raden said to her.

"Em, I will." She nodded.

Jeanne then excused herself and went out from Raden's office. She somewhat relieved as Raden didn't demand anything from her. Her hearth wasn't prepared for anything beyond her original duty. Of course, if he demanded her body, she couldn't refuse him. It was clearly stated in servitude contract.

She reviewed her gain and smiled foolishly. When she was chosen by the game, she was devasted, indluding her family. She already hardened her resolve and ready to die. And she completely in despair after realizing her direct superior was pervert idiot. She knocked him cold in the first day.

She completely lost hope. Nothing could shake her cold heart. But everything turn better after idiot governor woke up. He event apologised to her while he didn't remember anything. He even gave her miraculous elixirs. She felt her earlier lost hope was just a joke.

She regained her confidence. She used her martial arts to the fullest to fulfill her duty as deputy. She knew level 25 officer was a top officer with immense power. Without Raden, she didn't know if she could reach level 10 or not.

First trial would start in day 7th. She marked it at her personal calendar system. Before first trial, no one could attack the base. So, she could relax and train her martial arts.

Beside Martial Arts she learn from real world, she also got three skill sets. First is Iron Fist. It was very lame name, but the effect wasn't. When the Iron Fist was activated, she was granted with additional 30% Damage on the top of her basic attack for 5 minutes. With her martial arts, she could spam punch with Iron Fist to her opponent.

Second skill is passive skill. If she lead more than one division troops, she and her troops would get additional 5% of defense and 3% of attack.

Third skill is Heavy Punch. 20% chance she could make her enemy dizzy for 5 second.

The skill set was tailored to her as close combat officer. Because of these skill, her troops could go home without life casualty.

No enhancement after level up. Just improvement on her three dimensional stats.

Then she opened her game system and post a recruitment offer at Officer Exchange Market. She put condition, good marksman skill and willing to sign servitude contract with governor. After she post the recruitment offer, she felt asleep.

At the same time, on the real earth, game announcement for Jeanne's aide recruitment spread like wildfire. China Federation, Nusantara Archipelago, Canada, USA, UK, UE, UEA, and all countries immediately start high level conference.

"Good Evening. All leader should already aware about our urgent topic this time. Someone had reached level 20 and recruiting his or her aide. We need urgently send the best marksman to aid this officer." General Secretary of United Nation said to all leaders.

He indeed right. By providing their own people, they could get some benefit from strong emerging officer Jeanne. All leader understood that, especially China Federation President, Yang Yang.
