First art

From the day David decided to make a art he focused on the elements up on the mountain again. He first had to think of which element would he want his first art to be based off. Due to the annoying persistence of the wind up on the mountain, David decided to start with air. Every day David would meditate at the top of the mountains and then deaply ponder the essence of the element of wind as well as its uses & applications. He slowly gained minor enlightenments day by day until, after 15 days of effort, he did it.

"I DID IT I MADE AN ART!" The system was asked, "Are you sure?" David nodded happily as he said: "Here, let me show you!' David dashed forward and doubled his normal speed. The winds behind him pushed him forward, giving him more momentum, while the air ahead of him moved aside, giving him less friction while also creating a small vacuum in front of him that pulled him even further forwards. David's first attempt was going well until he crashed into a tree. *PLOP* David was thrown back from the collision while the tall tree too got tilted by 15 degrees. The system scornfully asked: "Other than the fact that your cultivation method is half baked at best, how do you intend to get stronger?" "What do you mean?" "Arts have the ability to strengthen the user as he cultivates the art." "Not all arts have it. I saw it in the tome." "That's true, but no one starts with those arts. It's common sense that you would start with an art that can improve the user as well, after you have at least one such art, you can afford to learn arts that can't strengthen you." You have just wasted your time, and don't forget, tomorrow you'll get a new curse." Stupid curses... no better accursed curses." "Cursing your curses won't help you." "But changing my art will!" "what!?" "You heard me, If my art isn't good enough yet, I'll just improve it all! After all, I'm it's creator!"
