The Fight for the Top

"It's a shame your friend, the coward, didn't continue the fight. He could have risen and opened his eyes, but he chose to lose like a complete failure." Jake smiled as he hopped lightly on the platform.

Dash raised his guard and said in a barely audible tone, "I'm going to smash your face in with punches."

The referee approached and immediately said, "Ready? Fight!"

As they observed Dash's stance, which was quite different from what they had been watching, the crowd fell silent because they didn't know what he was going to show. Meanwhile, the smiles on Jake's and the others' faces instantly froze.

"If that's what you want, I'll finish you off much faster."

Dash ignored Jake's roar; his attention was entirely focused on reading him to control the fight's development.

The invisible force he was releasing at that moment was manifesting intangibly around him. Under his gaze, this threatening sensation began to suffocate Jake, who furrowed his brow upon feeling it.

Boom! Boom!

Jake started with two straight punches, and his hands moved like lightning towards Dash, who always evaded the blows quite easily.

The air vibrated with each punch around Jake's arm, generating truly loud sounds.

On the arena floor, Dash also had a serious expression on his face as he stared intently at Jack, visualizing every attack coming towards him with force.

This time, Dash took the initiative; his punches went from impactful to lethal in a very short time.

Jake could feel that threatening sensation and also attacked with great speed.

In a blink, both fists had advanced, seeking their opponent, who was completely focused on causing harm to each other.

"Are they going to fight fair?"

Many people knew how Dash fought and, at that moment, knew what he would do. When they saw his initiative, they all stood up, feeling very excited about the type of fight they had before them.

Devon and the others were furrowing their brows as concern filled their faces. Although they didn't fully understand how strong this Jake guy was, they knew he was a damn cheater who was willing to win by any means.

While everyone was thinking, Dash's fists began to clash against Jake's, who didn't back down at all even as blood burst from his knuckles.

"I've got you, you arrogant fool!" Alarm sounds were heard from the crowd. Jake's fists were becoming stronger and stronger. The air's ripple could be felt, and a maniacal smile began to appear on Dash's face. He seemed to be enjoying the fight.

Boom!

Arghhhh!!!

Dash's blows stopped holding back and began hitting Jack in his weak points, each blow pressing muscles and nerves that were slowly becoming more numb.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

At that moment, when both elbows clashed, they both recoiled, and a kick landed on their faces.

"Point!" The referee pointed to Dash, who had managed to stay standing.

Jack, on the other hand, had fallen to the ground. Though he lost this round, he got up from the ground with a bright smile. "I'm starting to enjoy this."

The referee looked at Dash and saw that his wound seemed to be starting to bleed, so he sent him to clean up to not affect the second round.

"Alright, both back in, ready? Fight!"

In a fight, winning is important, and that's something everyone has in mind, but the people organizing this tournament aren't interested in quick fights because if this happens too often, they'll get bored.

That's what Dash had in mind in his first fight, and for that same reason, he was putting on a good show.

Boom! Boom!

As their palms clashed with kicks, he managed the blows and let his movements be more exaggerated than they should have been.

Under the watchful eye of the crowd, the two figures in the arena, who were now the only ones still fighting, confined themselves to exchanging brutal blows as they moved. Blood on Jake's face added more excitement to the fight; they knew this fighter was about to lose, but they still wanted to know how.

At that moment, another blow landed on Dash's open wound, but without responding to that pain, he took a step forward and hit his ribs three times.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

On the third blow, Jake fell to his knees. Dash's bare knuckles were as hard as rock, so this blow must have left him wounded.

"Point!"

Jack walked to the corner to have the blood cleaned from his right side; half of his face was swollen, and now he couldn't see from the place where it was open.

"If you eliminate him, we win."

Dash nodded, walked back to the center, and raised his guard. The doctor had given the green light, so the fight would continue.

"Ready? Fight!"

Dash raised his right palm as Jake began to approach him.

"Now!"

Just as his weak palm extended forward like a snake, fury was revealed on Dash's face as his hand struck forcefully towards Jake's right leg.

Boom!

As they watched the final collision of the two, many people on the spectator platform stood up suddenly.

They understood that this was the move that would decide the winner!

Although, who knew who might ultimately be the victor?
