VIGOR: SEVENTY-THREE

TRISHA POV

It was such a beautiful morning if we set aside the chaos happening right now. The sun was shining boldly, the wind cradled both the trees and our hair, and a floral scent filled the air. We'd been here in the camp for a month now. Everyone was getting bored because of our repetitive routine — eat, sleep, eat again, and if unlucky, fight the monsters. They couldn't go back to their old lives because they disappeared a month ago. The monsters, or let's just say, the Glias, took their lives away from them.

It still hadn't sunk in my mind why the Glias did this. You know, to cleanse the whole world. Well, it was not the whole world yet, since this so-called Armageddon was only happening in the Philippines. But I was sure the Glias would move on to other countries, and when that happened, I could say that it was the end of the world.

But what's their motive for doing this? They're not gods to pass final judgment on people.
