CHAPTER 21

The king of the school was born and all authority lay with him. The whole school was noticed of his coming to the power and he was announced to be the king without any bind. The whole school thought it was shady, but the facts that the well-informed ones did not oppose let them shut up. They knew that the one sitting at the top was a true king not limited by the world and they were the ones worthy of knowing this news unlike others who were looking up to them.

Luke found that there were two types of skills in his skill bar. The first was the skill that was used as a skill in terms of action like cooking and cleaning and level 8 was the highest. If he was a mortal with level 7 fighting skill, the techniques he knew will be only up to the level, but if he has some energy and become stronger, the more techniques will be automatically appeared in his mind. The other skill was the power kind of skill like bloodline level and that was not bound by the upper limit as there was no limit to power. The level of action skills was generalized and worked like a passive talent and would automatically expand encountering new situations or logic or when he became more powerful. Luke used the soul energy and kept injecting into his body to make it stronger. The fact that the skill soul energy body came into the skill bar was more than enough. It seemed that the power type skill took far lesser time to upgrade.

Luke started thinking in various possible situations to evolve the already reached skills to directly given him the answers so that he can become stronger. The power given by the skill bar in action type skills was that others are only relatively at the level due to accumulation of knowledge and experience while he was at the absolute level in any situation even without the knowledge.

Luke was sitting on the chair listening to the boring class. He was in the top position and could enjoy the games. He could easily be a spectator for the games of the characters and see them. He had to enjoy all the possible times as he did not know what would happen in the future.
