CHAPTER 22

Luke sat on the throne chair looking at the documents. He was able to become stronger due to he refining the body using the soul energy. He had found that he had grown three times stronger. It seemed that the effect of varying skills had the multiplicate effect of growth rather than the auxiliary effect. He was happy to see that the city was under his control. No matter how much the technology develop and the human society develop, the reason is to make the humans happy. The law of the dark forest is feared due to insufficient strength and he himself can become stronger faster than developing this society. He never forgot that this world and its residents too were his enemy.

He sighed seeing that the twelve members were reinstated. They were powerful and had controlled many parts of the school. They had more than enough power to make some money and he let them so. He had decided to let this city be truly independent from the outside world and made sure that the laws were more perfect. His intentions were informed to the important ones and had decided to enforce the law.

There were many problems to be faced and he decided to make the things more interesting. He decided to make the whole city more powerful and to let the pass-outs to stay in the city. He had also decided to make the city more transparent and stronger. Either the city would develop in the direction of a criminal city or would develop in the direction of a performance city and he did not want to see the either choice. This could be stopped with enforcing some laws and removing the power of weapons and the right to commit crimes and making it more inline with the reality. The competitions could be made in different directions and the fights could be made in direction with inline with reality and inline with no weapon that could cause death.

The main problem remains that such development holds value when there is value in achieving success. The present situation is where the rich and powerful train them and keep the city in a semi-criminal manner so as to educate their heirs and to let them develop a disregard for life and death of those beneath them and those besides them. The cause cannot be too big and the rich and the strong should be attracted and this should also be a direction for the poor but talented to rise.

Luke looked at the soul energy core he had created. He found that the body was able to become younger and stronger thanks to absorbing the energy. He was able to make the soul energy in the form of a liquid easily absorbable by any living body and easily containable by anything he wanted. The idea of using such things was a good idea and he decided to do so.

He decided to use the main idea that the rich and the strong need a place to train as the core idea. The rest will stay the same except that he will use his powers more. He will make sure that some channels will be created and with the energy liquid as the price there are multiple methods to bring the people to participate. The soul energy, unlike life energy makes the soul younger too making the person's lifespan increase much longer.

Luke smiled and took the telephone and made a call. The other side was connected and a voice came, "What are your orders sir?"

Luke said, "Announce to the important people of the world and the ones at the top of the school at the level of the twelve student council members that I have an energy liquid in my hands. Each dose will increase a person lifespan by three years and it also strengthens the body."

There was silence at the other side before a reply came, "Yes sir."

Luke said, "Also announce that I will be arranging some positions besides me and the payment will be the energy liquid name the soul bottle. The positions are that of a secretary with five bottles per year, a councillor worth three per year, a fighter with the talent to command and fight worth five per year and a socialite who already has connection to various societies worth three per year. There is a special position of a personal assistant regardless of gender, selected based on the talent of coordination, multiple language skills, management and understanding and absolutely willing to follow all my orders with salary worth ten per year. They will provided with additional funds for their activity and personal fund of five million per month from my side. All the people selected should be the students of the school. Is it clear?"

The voice appeared, "It is clear."

Luke smiled and said, "Also announce to the people to send some different organizations to test the validity of this energy. I don't want some fools always questioning me. Send someone to collect it soon."

The voice was more respectful, "Yes sir."

Luke disconnected the line and put some energy liquid in the soul crystals he created. The soul crystals had unlimited possibilities as their strength and tenacity depended on the energy contained in them and can be made as non-absorbable. Soul energy manipulation was a good skill indeed. The door was knocked and four soldiers with live ammunitions came with a woman at the centre. She bowed to me and took the soul energy liquid and enclosed them is a safe and walked away. He just had to wait for them to come to him.

Luke found that he had the ability to manipulate space. The space he had was nothing more than an extension of the ability. He was able to increase the space inside the private space consuming the energy and his soul was becoming stronger. It seemed that the souls may awaken some special powers after reaching certain strength. He may be the fortunate one who was able to awaken the power of controlling the space due to having lived in two completely different space times.

He was not scared anymore as he was strong. All the plans began and ended with him. He had to find a way to at least have some fun. He called arranged for some fun. Let there be an elimination match. He called and informed the operators that four positions among the student council has to be vacated and the members are asked to make the decision themselves. There are no limitations from killing and removing them or making them leave on the initiative. No outside authority should be allowed to interfere. Let there be mayhem.
